Disappointed in how charges were not clearly communicated. I had to move a mount down 2 inches to put my replacement tv up. Geek squad installed the mount 2 years ago, i walked in asking to be moved down specifically said it was over a fireplace, they told me it would be $250, paid for it scheduled the appointment only to be told it would cost a little more because it was over a fire place the day of the install, took technocians 10 min to move the mount down, and they charged me another $130. I was okay with a little bit more but that is half the original cost.

The agent did a fine job mounting my TV. All seems well and I am enjoying it.

Installer was great, did an excellent job. Very happy with placement and secure mounting. My only concern or problem is the additional charge for mounting over my fireplace, extra $100.

Installer came in and was very courteous. Installed the mount and tv over the fireplace quickly and was very efficient and clean. Very satisfied.

The agent quickly remounted my tv with a telescoping mount and reconnected it. Much appreciated. He was professional and courteous.

The 2 people who came were terrific. The only problem is that they didn't hook up my dvd player. They cleaned up after themselves.

The techs were efficient and install the washer quickly the only reason it was not a 5 star was the door to the dryer was damaged and it will need to be replaced. Nothing faulting the installers.

Mounting for flat screen tv is great, it pivota very well.

Agent was friendly and considerate. Also prepared with extra screws and tools for adaptation of this TV to the existing wall mount.
