The agents mounted my TV, did a great job and did it in a timely fashion. They were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable!!

It started with 3 diff date & time changes. Then, the geek squad serviceman that was scheduled, ended up not working the install date. I ended up with a scramble to get TV delivered B4 the installer was due. A man from a 3rd party company called MasTec who said he came in from Kissimmee, FL, alone. He then had to call to get someone to help him to take the old TV down & new TV up on wall. I asked him if he knew what a premium install meant (he did not), I showed him a printout from the internet. He basically said he planned to do the basic install & setup the internet. I had to show him where he was supposed to add the Blu-ray player and add 2 streaming channels. It also talked about configure an existing voice control device(Alexa), I had to do along with cleanup and had to haul the box, etc down stairs & out to the trash dumpster because he said he would either take away the old TV or the pkging, not both. I even had to clean up. I was charged for Premium Install which did not happen, he did take the bad controller to the local store and brought a good one back. I tried to call 2-3 times to talk to the geek squad about the overcharged service and about the missing receipt for this service. Both times I got disconnected half way through the call and each time I called back the same thing happened with a new person. The person on the other end of each call had my name, order#, phone #, etc. But they never called me back. I'm not a happy camper. Geek squad owes me a reduction in charges plus a copy of this bill. I love my TV but Geek Service needs help.

The Guys got there on time, respectful of application/home. Explained everything that they did and everything that I would need to operate the items ( TV sound)

The guys mounted the new tv on our stone fireplace. They got it up there and level but they mounted it over one of the 2 electrical outlets. They should have asked us if we wanted it higher so as not to lose the plug.

I choose this TV mount because it can be moved a little side to side to get TV exactly where you want it on the wall. And, it is strong to hold a large TV.

Bestbuy ran an amzing sale for black friday and i was able to get mine for it!
