The agents removed and installed a new projector. The agents that came were exceptional. Later I had universal remote programmed. Agents are super and I would not hesitate to have Geek Squad come again. I will continue to call when I need help with electronics or other.

The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They removed my existing 65” tv from an existing wall mount on our main floor, carried it downstairs, attached legs to the tv, and placed it on top of an entertainment center. They then went back up to the main floor to mount my new 77” tv to my existing wall mount. Prior to mounting the tv, they pulled an Ethernet cable through an existing Legrand wall cavity kit. They connected the tv to my devices, adjusted the picture settings, then cleaned up the area and removed the packaging materials. We tipped the team because they did an outstanding job.

The agent arrived promptly, brought necessary tools, cleanly installed, mounted TV, spent time with me for use, cleaned up perfectly, answered questions. Excellent work.

The two gents that came were fantastic. Very good, very polite and technically spot-on. I will use their installation services every time for Wall Mount Monitors & TV's.

The initial set up was great and the two Geek Squad installers were professional while still being personable. However, we had several issues after the set up apparently due to glitch in either the TV or sounder. In both cases the Geek Squad came out and stayed with us until everything was responding appropriately. There is still a minor problem but I think that is connected to the connection that was set up years ago. Best Buy and the Geek Squad went above and beyond to make things right. The only change that I would make if I did it again would be to skip the sounder. I am not sure that we can see enough difference in the sound to justify the extra expense, but we would definitely go back to Best Buy.

I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY BUT SO GLAD I DID. MY HERO HUSBAND HAD THE OLD ONE HANGING CROOKED AND LOOSE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE ADJUSTING THE TILT NOT TO MENTION A PAIR OF KNOWLEDGEABLE MEN DOING ONE FABULOUS JOB, CLEANED UP WHEN UNBOXING ETC...PERFECT JOB

Rudy with the GS @ Myrtle Beach Store was awesome in every way possible in my book! As with my salesman at the store where I bought the Sony A9G, I also felt like I hit the lottery getting Rudy as my GS tech. As I stated when writing a review for David, my salesman, I almost never write reviews for anything, but when you get a person that goes out of their way to do the little extra things, I feel obligated to praise them! I'm a Self Employed work at home guy that sells my services in the freight business, so I know a thing or two about doing the little things for customers just to make sure they're happy. GS has already been to my home on 4 different occasions for wall mounting my TV's and setting up my new computer, and this makes it the 5th time. There's only 2 guys I've had the pleasure to work in my home, and RUDY is one of the 2!!! Even vacuumed my floor before he left, never had that happen before? If anyone is looking for GS services on wall mounting their TV, ask for Rudy and or AJ, you won't be disappointed!!!

Have been using the Best Buy Protection plan for a year now and it's really good. The installation is included when we bought the TV. The geek squad set up the TV and did it without any hassle. Highly Recommend!

The Geek Squad was the best two guys that have ever done work in our home. They knew their stuff and set up our new system in short order. Then they took the time to show and explain how to use the new TV and Sound Bar. Great guys, if I ever need the Geek Squad I hope these two guys return.

Love this wall mount. Fits TV from 42”-90” and will hold up to 150 lbs. It can be extended almost 7 inches and rotate the TV screen to either the left or right if needed. Also easy access to the connecting cable. Perfect for the space we have!! The Gerk Squad recommended the height and installed it and the TV. Very courteous and efficient.

This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!

My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

I had everything delivered and mounted and the guys they sent were kind, professional, and super efficient. Would 100% use them again.

The crew sent to my home to install the TV was extremely professional! They installed the television and perfectly centered the tv above the mantle. They even went above and beyond to make sure all trash, dust, and nails were cleaned up!

Geek Squad installed my TV he did a fantastic job and made sure every thing was working right. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Team arrived on time and were very knowledgeable, respectful, and fast. Took time to go over setup and some features.

And if I drop the Television, well I would be the one that buys another. They drop it and I wait for them to get a new one. Why is this even questioned? Think about it. They measure, find the stud, mark the best places for my preference, install Television. Note; I did not like my first TV, it was not OLED and, it was something I felt was not a good match. The TV and I had our differences. We decided to part, and Here is a great reason to get the tech membership; they brought in the new TV I ordered and installed the new one, refunded and hauled off the previously purchased one, no charges. Oh and they are pretty good with the tech stuff if you want to bounce questions off them. Professional, and they wear those things that keep mud outside. It truly is the little things in life.

Have to say I questioned whether it was worth the money, but the answer is absolutely yes. The techs were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to assemble/install the TV in a fraction of the time it would have taken me, and I never would have figured out how to setup the TV which they did brilliantly!

The man who installed my mount was awesome, great mount as well. It was an overall 10/10 experience
