When I contracted my new 4K television to be installed by the Geek Squad I did so because of physical limitations I deal with and it was to be wall mounted. I thought the price was a bit high but I needed it put in within a certain period of time and not having dealt with any other installers of this type I decided to just pay up. After BB cancelled me out of my first appointment for no reason I chose an alternate date. When the date arrived my installation selected time was changed and I was informed a BB subcontractor would do the installation. Well all I can say was the installer arrived in time and was out of my home within 50 min. Everything was set up and explained to me. The work site was left clean. Some glitches at the get go but great install.

He was very respectful of our living room, and careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made sure we understood what he was saying. Was very pleased with his service!!

The Geek Squad installed my TV, made sure it was mounted properly, and did a great job, impressed with service and because they do it so often they know what they are doing.

Two members of the Geek Squad arrived on time and began the process of removing old TV and installing new Samsung TV. Very knowledgable and quickly had the TV working and helped me add Apps and understand the operation of the TV.

Stephen arrive on time and was very professional. He was able to mount the TV and to change the picture and sound settings to the best available for out viewing

The team was amazing! Team leader showed up first to scout our home and the installation location and then the proper number of team members showed up to correctly finish the mounting of the TV and installation and setup. We had a tricky path to our basement wall and they figured it out. Took TV out of box, and safely moved it. And they even took back the box so I wouldn't have to worry about discarding it. Will def. bring them in again for any work I need.

Easy to schedule, the installer showed up early, he was extremely efficient & did a clean, professional job installing our large flat screen TV and wall mount. NO wires or equipment visible. Very nice job. Highly recomm3nd!

The agents mounted my TV and connected me to YouTube TV. They did a great job mounting the TV and kept things absolutely clean. I was impressed. They were friendly and efficient. In setting us up on YouTube TV, one agent was very helpful in explaining how to use this subscription which was new to us. The other agent did the installing but was not good at explaining anything to us. We coud have used more h elp in the direction.

The technicians installed the tv quickly and professionally. Additionally, they showed me how to use the remote. any questions I had, they answered. As they also mounted the tv on the wall, they took great care to measure correctly so the tv would be level and the soundbar would fit correctly.

The Geek Squad contractors that mounted my tv were professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my home. I highly recommend using them.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with service from a company. Mounting a 65 inch TV two guys came out from geek squad they knew exactly what they needed to do. They asked for customer feedback on the height of the TV. The TV was hung so straight I could not believe it. They even took a little vacuum and vacuumed up the little stuff on the floor. It was the best experience I would highly recommend their service.

At first I wondered if the $250 price tag was a bit too much but as soon as they left I knew I got my money's worth. The two men that installed the TV were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves, in addition to wearing shoe coverings as soon as they entered. They were swift and precise in installing the TV's wall mount and then the TV itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to one and all.

The Geek Squad techs did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were professional, and took extra time to make sure our TV set up was correct. It was a bit of a complicated mount, and they did a fantastic job!

With the technology available today, we really want to take advantage of every new feature. The Team from Best Buy was worth every penny. Brought the tv, installed it perfectly, set all of the streaming services we have. Cleaned up after themselves, and wished us good watching.

The Best Buy Agents that mounted my TV were very efficient. I wanted a flash mount and the one that came with the TV did not afford that options. They explained and I purchased the right mount to complete the job. Great service!

The techs mounted my Tv exactly like I wanted it to be. After determining that the mount I had picked would not center the tv, they suggested a different one they had in their vehicle and it worked perfectly. Thanks for your excellent service.

The Geek Squad are geeks and that is the way you want it!! They setup a full-sized table with furniture pads to work on. They knew that my original TV wall mount would not work there because it was an interior wall with metal studs. Instead they offered one that they use a lot and it worked out great as I can see it from the side while doing things in the kitchen (with it pulled out a bit and turned toward the kitchen). They connected it to my cable TV box and checked all. My only criticism is that it was not perfectly leveled. I simply reached behind and found leveling adjustments were made easily by turning a screw a few times. Overall I would recommend the premier installation. They cart away all of the packing and l;eave the home neat.
