On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. The agents arrived on time and emailed me information regarding their anticipated arrival time enabling me to plan more precisely their arrival time. The installation was without a hitch and they wee helpful in educating me to the basics of my TV set up and the nuances of my Geek Squad program support.

Agents did a fantastic job setting up mount and TV. They explained everything well and did not leave until we understood how to use eveything. Great guys!

Great service and the geek squealed installed in perfectly and even asked if I wanted it set up for me. They worked quietly and efficiently as I am working from home and once they were ready to drill, asked me for confirmation on the system. My only complaint is when they pulled the covers off the screen. It left residue that they ignored.

Excellent! They installed it efficiently and made sure all my apps were working. They were friendly and professional. Could not ask for better service. Very knowledgeable.

They did a great job with the installation of the equipment. Not so good on setup. Lots of pushing the remotes but not much info to me. The setup is still not correct. When the TV/Sound Bar is turned off the cable box is still on. Can't turn off the cable box with a remote without creating problems with the TV on/off.

The technicians arrived early in the time window which I really appreciated. They set up my new television, installed a wall mount for my existing 65 inch television and installed it. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The installation of the new TV included making sure all my streaming services worked. Finally, they removed all the waste packing material. A great installation.

The agents were very fast and efficient with the installation. They also were great in communicating when there was going to be loud noises, which was very appreciated since I have 2 young daughters who were sleeping at the time

These guys were great. Took my old TV and mount down, put up a new mount and TV to my specifications. Made sure everything worked correctly. Even had to make a change to my AVR, I had a setting wrong. Very professional and nice guys.

The guys that came to mount our new tv did a great job. They were quick to get it installed and the ease of installation made me feel good about how it turned out and would be firmly supported on the wall. This is the second time I have used Geek Squad for TV mountings.

The geek squad sent out to highly qualified guys to install two TVs. They did a great job from start to finish. The install went smoother than I anticipated. They were very knowledgeable with the set up of these TVs. They answered questions like pros and I would highly recommend their services.

I had them install several tv’s on the same day. My new one was an 86 “. I’m a bit of a tech dummy. They patiently showed me everything. Also didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. They were super nice and everything was done efficiently and neatly.

Not only was everything installed quickly and correctly, the installers were courteous and patient with my questions, They figured out how to get everything working with one remote, which helps me a lot.
