Excellent, professional installation

Great for tight places

Poor Geek Squad Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a new 85” tv and premium mounting service that was installed on 5/28/21. I asked the Geek Squad techs if they were going to hook my HDMI and optical cables to the tv that were laying on the floor right under it. They told me that I only bought the basic tv mounting that only includes mounting to my wall bracket, plugging into the outlet, and hooking the tv up to my internet router. I didn’t bother to check my order and just told them to finish what they thought they were to do. Later that evening, I checked my order and found that I had actually paid for the premium tv mounting which included hooking up all of my cables plus programming my Harmony remote and a bunch of other connection services to streaming devices. I am extremely disappointed that these lazy techs lied to get out of even performing the basic connections I had paid for. Very poor service by Geek Squad!!!
