Had the geek squad to my house on two occasions to install tv mounts for my 65 inch televisions and they did a great job very professional and I highly recommend their service.

The agents mounted my TV in a tight space, connected all devices. They made use of our whole house speakers and set everything up so it is simple for us to use They made suggestions for components that would achieve better results then those we had, and returned to store to bring them back. Everything we hoped to achieve was accomplished. Could not be any happier. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant

The Geek Squad delivered and installed my TV mount quickly and expertly. They also took the time to show me the proper way to hold the TV when adjusting the position. As always, they were very professional and extremely helpful!

We met yet another couple of Best Buy gurus today. Chase & Dan delivered (and installed) a new TV and a Roku device. Each person was unimaginably helpful and efficient. They explained each of their actions in detail. They each exceeded ALL known expectations. They were: Knowledgeable, Experienced, Candid, and incredibly Patient. They likely achieved a new level of geriatric certification as a by-product of our conversations. Please do your best to retain their expertise.

The install gentleman was very nice and explained everything he was doing. However, I was concerned when a crew of one showed up. The information on how to use the new system was less than thorough and I was sorry that my shorthand skills are no longer efficient. I went on line and saved the manual so I could review how to do things.

Agents were polite and very professional installing our new 55” Tv on the wall. They hooked everything back up to make sure everything was working. They even tweaked the TV some to get the best picture. We will use them again and highly recommend their service.

The two guys that showed up were both very friendly and very professional, which frankly was expected. They were prepared and able to deal with what turned out to be a slightly challenging installation. However the best part is that the mount I purchased turned out to not work with the placement of my studs and they had one in their truck that did! I was able to purchase it easily right then amd there and then they installed it. Real life savers, otherwise I would've had to reschedule after buying a mount that works.

Amazing service as always! I had ordered a mount online and was delivered missing a piece, geek squad had no issue swapping out the entire mount with a new one the had in their truck. They were quick, safe, awesome, and I would highly recommend!

The Geek Squad was the best two guys that have ever done work in our home. They knew their stuff and set up our new system in short order. Then they took the time to show and explain how to use the new TV and Sound Bar. Great guys, if I ever need the Geek Squad I hope these two guys return.

Geek squad installed my tv and sound bar efficiently and professionally. The technician communicated with me prior to the service on expected arrival time and during the installation he communicated with me about the process. He carefully measured and checked leveling. After the installation, he tested the system to assure it worked. I was very pleased and highly recommend the service.

The guys that came were knowledgeable of the product and very helpful in there setup. The installation went perfectly they were very neat and respectful to everything in the home. Would definitely use them again!

The technicians were very knowledgeable and mounted the TV on a full motion bracket. They also hung the sound bar right beneath the TV and hid all the wires. They also connected my DVR and DVD player to the TV and hid the wires.

Installation was quick and very professional. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance setting up both TV and sound system, along with clear instructions on the use of the remote devices.
