The guys that installed the tv were so professional and gave great tips for using the tv. Too bad the tv is technically a dud!

A third party, not the Geek Squad came to install my 65 inch tv above my gas fireplace. When they arrived, they would not finish installing the television until I paid another $150 dollars. This extra money was because they were installing it above a fireplace. I told them , it is sheetrock! Not brick or stone. You are doing the same number of screws with the same screws! I am disappointed in Best Buy because I told them over the phone when I asked for the service and they connected me to the Geek Squad scheduler exactly where the tv was going in my condo. I prepaid $150 and then was swindled out of another $150, just to get the job completed on the day of the install. I paid the fee, because I needed the television hooked up. I had already waited 10 full days for the Geek Squad to arrive. I have complained and called several times that this was unethical behavior on the part of Best Buy. I am told that they can credit me $35 for my dissatisfaction.. Nothing more. If I want further attention, I need to speak with the local store manager in person. There is no email and no phone number. Barbaric! What has happened to you Best Buy? You used to be so much better than this! Ripped off and overcharged in Dover, NH.

On time delivery of my new TV and the Geek Squad guys were very particular about everything from unpacking & installing (on my heavy duty mount that sits on my a/v console) to hooking up my other components. We went over the LG remote buttons, and how to navigate the TV menu and various features. My old tv was from the Dark Ages, so they were really patient answering my questions when I took over the remote. No mess left in the house either.

He was very thorough and polite kept informing me of what he was doing step-by-step.

Best Buy sends the beat guys to perform the services requested. I am glad to know of their offerings.

The people that set it up did not explain anything about the TV. So, I am still trying to learn things about it.

Geek Squad came and re-connected our sound bar and woofer to work as it should.

The Geek Squad is GREAT! They carefully attached the TV mounting bracket to the wall at tha appropriate height and mounted the new TV. Very nicely done!

The squad was informed and knowledgeable on all my devices. They did the job professionally and courteously.

I bought the Totaltech so I could get the Samsung TV delivered, installed in the wall mount and set up. The TV is mounted, etc. but the tech did not actually set it up for my wife and see that it was working correctly. Now I am 3 weeks away from another service call because I cannot get it set up properly. Disappointed in the service.
