BB guys installed wall mount

Terrible communication about prices

I had to move a mount down 2 inches to put my replacement tv up. Geek squad installed the mount 2 years ago, i walked in asking to be moved down specifically said it was over a fireplace, they told me it would be $250, paid for it scheduled the appointment only to be told it would cost a little more because it was over a fire place the day of the install, took technocians 10 min to move the mount down, and they charged me another $130. I was okay with a little bit more but that is half the original cost.
