    Installation of new tv was very confused. Was told I needed a new wall mount and sound wire. Bought both and returned both after another tech said I needed neither. All resolved but very frustrating.

    Our Geek Squad was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, went above and beyond to explain all the features and how to use them.
