I debated having Best Buy mount my new TV. But when I looked at the new TV's I realized having it done professionally was a no-brainer. When the two came to install the wall mount and the TV they handled the task without issue. This was clearly a two person job.

The guys who helped hang my TV on the wall couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They respected my house, kept their distance with social distancing guidelines in effect, and also wore their masks the entire time. The TV took some time to get on the wall, but that was to be expected because the wall we were mounting the TV on has a firewall about 5 inches behind the drywall which cannot be easily drilled into. Also, the the TV is 75 inches and quite heavy, so they took great care in planning things out making sure everything was safe and stable. The studs were also spaces a little oddly on that particular wall, but they rolled with it and took care of things nicely. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to have someone hang a TV for them.

Excellent service and very Knowlegable highlly reccomd

Between the very user friendly set up of Samsung TV's and the Geek Squad, from installation to first use was a breeze. Great picture, easy navigation of menu and controls, when needed and ultra clear sound (I have a hearing issue not related to volume). I could not be more pleased.

The agents mounted the TV and went through all the settings and took care of everything for us. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

2 gentlemen came and remived our old TV, installed the new one and made sure it was working properly before they left. We had been notified of the appointment ahead of time and they arrived right on time. They were professional but very kind at the same time. They worked quickly and picked up after themselves. They made sure we were satisfied before they left and even made sure they said goodbye to our cat :-) We were very impressed! They're a credit to your business. THANK YOU!

The team who came to install my 75” did a fantastic job. They were professional, quick, friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped to hook up my sound bar and checked all connection, picture, and sound to make sure they were working. They worked so smoothly and really clean so I didn’t have much to clean up or anything when they left. The even took away my old tv as part of the TotalTexh service. Everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed. I won’t use anyone besides the Geek Squad.

The two guys that came out to do the install for me did a great job. They were thorough and thoughtful. They made sure that the TV was secure in the block wall and everything was cleaned up. I would recommend them. They also took their shoes off or wore booties to protect my floors. I was impressed.

The tv looks great on the wall. The technicians were very nice. There were a couple of scheduling difficulties. They canceled the first appointment and the second appointment had some issues as well. They cut the hole for the cable/power bridge too large, even with the supplied template. They glued/caulked a piece of the sheetrock in to fill it in. Not a real professional way to fix their error. It is behind the tv so i guess it won't be seen. But i will have to deal with it if we ever move someday.

Geek squad did an excellent job installing my TV. They even went back after I requested to have the HDMI plugged in. Very professional to deal with.

Taylor Fox was great. He is with Geek Squad and delivered and set up the TV so it was so easy. very knowledgable guy and it really helped me for someone else who knew their biusinee=ss to put it up

The Greek Squad arrived within the window of time promised. Attached my new television to the new wall mount, set up the new television, set up the new remote and took the time to show me how it worked and showed me the new features of the new television. They also cleaned up the work area!

The crew that came to my house were very professional and communicative in terms of the arrival and installation process. As they installed the TV, they communicated the placement and process of the installation. At the end, they walked me through how to use my new SMART TV. I was very pleased with the work and service they provided.

The guys that mounted my tv were knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I would be please if they were sent for any of my geek squad work.

The Geek Squad was absolutely amazing!! They’re the only reason I’m giving the 5 star rating, My rating would be zero, due to the obnoxious amount of money Best Buy now charges to hang the TV’s, they now nickel and dime you for every little thing!! Almost $800 for 2 TV’s, I will never have them come again, I’ll find someone else, I don’t mind paying a small fee, but I was shocked my Total Geek Squad Membership no longer covers it. I will always use Geek Squad for computer issues only

The men were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were here before the time they were scheduled and they called first and asked if I wanted them or they could wait until the scheduled time. I told them it was OK to come and they did. They were in and finished the job before I even knew it. They instructed me on how to use it and they cleaned up after themselves Great people.

The guys that came were extremely knowledgeable, very quick and very helpful in showing me how to use my new television. They were also very interactive with my 3 year old who had to be involved in everything, and know what everything was, so he could later mimic everything they did after leaving. I appreciated THAT most of all, because we lost my husband in August and he did all that stuff with Daddy. I also appreciated the extra time to be able to add all of my streaming services and making sure that I was able to sign into all of them. Thank you so much Geek Squad!
