An excellent LG TV with real good sound and remarkable color outstanding for football season

Excellent service from professional people. They installed, set-up, and set tv to our specifications, then showed us how to operate and many short cuts to use unit to our advantage.

The team was amazing! Team leader showed up first to scout our home and the installation location and then the proper number of team members showed up to correctly finish the mounting of the TV and installation and setup. We had a tricky path to our basement wall and they figured it out. Took TV out of box, and safely moved it. And they even took back the box so I wouldn't have to worry about discarding it. Will def. bring them in again for any work I need.

Geli did a terrific job doing the install. But, she had plugged in my Roku to the back of TV. Not sure if this was causing "gritty" or "grainy" picture after running about 5 hours. I re-lugged Roku into the power strip. Haven't noticed grainy picture so far but haven't had TV on the extended period of time.

I purchased a 75” Samsung TV along with the installation services. The installation was done perfectly. The installers were very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all my needs with no issues. I highly recommend.

On time (actually early) and the TV was installed quickly and without any issues. Installer walked me thru the setup and other than just familiarizing myself with the new menus, controls, etc the experience has been smooth.

At first I wondered if the $250 price tag was a bit too much but as soon as they left I knew I got my money's worth. The two men that installed the TV were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves, in addition to wearing shoe coverings as soon as they entered. They were swift and precise in installing the TV's wall mount and then the TV itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to one and all.

In November of 2018, I purchased 3- Samsung 43" 4K Smart TVs. I worked with Trekas Sims, Magnolia Home Theater Supervisor in the Brookfield, WI Store. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, answered all my questions and had some great suggestions. I came prepared and the purchase was a breeze. Delivery was as scheduled. Geek squad agent Cameron Gingrass came to my home for a site survey one week before my items were delivered. On the day of delivery, there were no surprises. Cameron efficiently installed the 2 walls mounts & hung the televisions on the day of delivery. He was a wealth of information. He was also conscious of cleanliness and used cardboard to catch his drill shavings & wore booties while in my home. He did exactly what I expected and more. I felt confident with his assessments and recommendations. He is an asset to the Geek Squad, as is Tre and I hope management realizes this. They both are stellar representatives of Best Buy Geek Squad and Best Buy Magnolia respectively and I hope this is duly noted.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism attitude and skills of the two gentlemen who installed our TV. They answered all our questions addressed our concerns handle everything with skill, cleanliness, and care. There’s a reason why we wouldn’t consider doing any work of this nature without the Geek Squad.

The technicians did a fine job of the installation and set up. I was able to start enjoying my new tv in a short time. Very professional.

The agents did an excellent job on mounting my TV & gave me instruction on operating the new remote control.

The installation agents contacted in a timely manner. Arrived to my home and assessed the situation. Came prepared with equipment and tools. Mounted my TV and provided feedback. As well cleaned up and dirt or items after the installment completion.

Installation by the 2 technicians was smooth and efficient. Cleaned up all box and cardboard. Tv is aweome. Picture is outstanding

The techs were awesome! Friendly,professional, and explained everything so well. Made sure we understood all the info they gave us,and everything working perfectly.

The guys came out right on rime with professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of rhe items I purchased. They were willing ro assist with anything needed to complete the job. When they were done they cleaned and disposed of empty boxes from my home. After all that I was given a tutorial along with the setup and was given access to call at anytime if I had questions or needed assistance. Great job!

The guys who installed the tv were terrific and very mindful of safety precautions given COVID-19. I bought the wall box for hiding wires, and they paired the tv with my existing sound system. I could not have been happier with the service.

Fast, prompt and courteous service. The technicians got there ahead of schedule, so I wasn't left waiting all day. They programmed and demonstrated the product and made sure I was comfortable using it before they left.

I was very happy to see that Brian would be the technician who would be coming out to install our new TV. This is the second TV he has installed for us. Each time he has been very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the TV.
