Showed us where to hang it and made it so we could see all over the room.

The agents easily mounted my 70" Television in my workout room and connected all cables.

The agent was friendly and came in and moved our tv from one wall to the next. Took less than 30 min. Quick and easy

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been scheduled 2 times. First time, Best Buy never showed and never called to cancel. 2nd time they scheduled me for the only 1 1/2hrs i was not available that day as they insist YOU be available from 7am to 7pm. First the technician called to clarify a detail and I told him I was not available then and he said he couldn't help but I needed to make another call to scheduling so I did(which took 30+minutes because you go through an automated system and are put on hold) who said they could accommodate me only to receive a call and VM the day of the installation by the very technician I spoke to the night before to say he knows scheduler said they would accommodate me but he WOULD NOT accommodate me. I'm canceling my entire order and taking my business elsewhere. Best Buy clearly does not value their customers time or business. The store associates were great to deal with but Best Buy does not have customer service that reflects the great job the store associates display.

The team did a great job of mounting and setting up all the channels we watch.

Bracket and TV were done quickly and all device were setup and working fine.

The installation went well but the installer did not activate all my streaming services on the TV and he didn't take the TV box away with him.

The geek squad was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made this a very easy experience.
