    The bracket has a nice tilt feature to pull the tv out from the wall if necessary. It is secure and stable.

    It took over a month to get the Geek Squad to show up. Almost cancelled order and go to a third party installer. Their installation cost is well above most installer I looked into. Had to go to Best Buy store manager to get installation set up. The group that showed up were fast, efficient, cleaned up and set up the tv. Excellent installers.

    The agents were great. My tv Is mounted perfectly. I love the range of the mount. I can direct it at a my next room over.

    The guys showed up when scheduled, knew what they we doing, mounted the TVs showed me the new features, cleaned up and left. what more could I ask?
