    I understand I purchased via open box. I like the TV. The TV wall mount was purchased separately. Apparently something was missing from the TV and I did not know until after Dominic showed up. The pieces were ordered by Dom. Nothing was in the notes. Kasey showed up had everything ready to go when we found out no pieces were brought with. I've purchased them and now wait until mid October.

    It was kind of difficult to disassemble, and it actually broke when I disassembled it. But it work fine when it was holding my tv before trying to disassemble it.

    They mounted the tv a few inches higher than they were supposed to and couldnt adjust without ruining the wall

    It took some extra drilling for the mounting screws but they completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Great job!!!

    I would’ve appreciated a bit more of a tutorial on the basics of the television once it was installed. But both the rep and installer were very cordial.
