The Geek Squad called before they headed to my home. They arrived on time, were very skilled at setting up my new TVs and wall mountings, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. I could not be more pleased with their work and their professionalism!

The agents took my old 55in TV off the wall mount and installed the new 65in TV. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and completed the delivery with the set up of my new TV to my Dish Network Ho]er and remote.

Geek squad techs did amazing work. 70 inch TV and sound bar and mounted tv on wall. Very clean and sleek look. No cables showing. Great customer service.

The Geek Squad peeps that came out to install this Amazing TV did an amazing job. They mounted it very easily and didn't make a mess at all. They were more than cordial and professional which is the best thing you can ask for. They took their timing explaing everything about the TV and getting it all set up with my apps and profile etc...Side note....Love the picture. Love the sound. Great from any angle. Glare from window is almost non existent or at the very least not a nuisance. Love Sony TVs and this by far is the best, especially when Geek squad installed it perfectly.

The mounting of the tv was fast, efficient and professional. The tech was very cautious when installing tv, asked which height was good for mounting, had extra tools in case screws didn’t match.

The two people who installed our TV were professional, knowledgable and took their time to listen and get it right. They were stellar representatives of Best Buy’s “best” (aka Geek Squad).

The team delivered and installed our wall mounted tv and sound bar during the pandemic time period. They followed all safety protocols and performed their work in a professional manner. Excellent service in these trying times!

The Geek Squad came in and quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. They (Samsun) made a recommendation to get the Geek Squad contract and encouraged me to go back and get a newer cable box. So glad I got that contract! I had to have them come back as I had problems after I installed the new box. Both visits from the Geek Squad were great! The guys are friendly, helpful, courteous and educated me on my purchase.

The two men that came were very nice and prompt. They asked us our preferences and then hung the tv and hid the wires in the wall. They explained how to use the tv, cleaned up and left. Everything was perfect.

Two agents did a fantastic job installing a bracket and new TV over a mantle. There wasn't a speck of sawdust left. They moved the old TV, took all the packaging, set up the channels and wifi, explained how to use it, and left me with a big grin on my face. I will never try to install something myself again. Makes my Total Tech membership worth every penny. Plus, I have paid for the membership in savings every year I've had it. Thank you Best Buy!!

Although it was a little more involved than planned, the mounting worked well and Greg and Rel were extremely professional and took the time required to ensure an excellent experience.

The team sent to install my new tv was friendly, Knowledgeable and efficient. The my completed the work in a timely matter and help setup all my apps and Xbox. Highly recommended this service and will continue to use for future purchases

The Geek squad guys arrived right on time, were very polite and efficient in mounting my new TV. Unfortunately, they were not completely in the know about hooking up a set of wireless headphones. After two service calls, several phone conversations, and lots of frustration--my daughter hooked the headphones up in two minutes. Do not know where the disconnect was. Overall, I am happy with the installation--just cannot give a 5 star rating when the Geek Squad could not finish the job.

I had purchased a 65” television an another big area box store. When it was installed it was like a race for the two installers to see how fast they could finish. They even installed the mount right over the cable connection and wouldn’t even take the box away. Best Buy installed did my next tv install. FIRST CLASS INSTALL! Took their time, measured, tested and took the box and all packing then cleaned up around better than how they found my home. I’m only buying from Best Buy on ANY electronic purchase.

The installation agents contacted in a timely manner. Arrived to my home and assessed the situation. Came prepared with equipment and tools. Mounted my TV and provided feedback. As well cleaned up and dirt or items after the installment completion.

The Geek squad did a great job mounting my new tv and connecting it to my cable and game system also they connected my sound bar to it.The geek squad was courteous and explained everything perfectly well
