The agent installed the TV mount and hooked up the sound bar. He was quick and did everything in a professional manner. I would recommend this tech to anyone.

I can't say enough good about the servicemen who came to install my televisions. One went above and beyond the call of duty and pointed out that if I took the doors off my TV cabinet (which was built for the old boxy tvs), I would be able to upgrade to a 42 in screen. He also told me that there is no charge to uninstall a too-small TV and install the larger TV if I made up my mind within 3 weeks. I went back to Best Buy, picked out a larger TV, and the technician was right. I am much happier with the larger screen and so grateful that he happened to think of taking the doors off! Besides all that, they were professional, polite, and very helpful and friendly. This alone would make me a huge Best Buy fan and I will check there first for my future purchases.

The agents that came out were great !! They installed the wall mount very quickly and installed my tv on it . They also hooked up my devices to it and everything is amazing !!

Bryan is our in-home consultant & Leon was the tech. Excellent service from all three gentlemen. Yes. The third is a nice gentleman who travels and helps Leon. Always asking how they can help more. We recently purchased large TV & other items. The best of the experience is how Bryan comes to our home and visualizes how everything will look and work. Excellent knowledgable & Professional. Leon and his assistant always sharing tips and very informative when came to explain all the settings and how to get more great experiences with the products we purchased. Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

Was going to mount my new Samsung QLED 75” myself but after several friends warned me there is a high risk of damage for large screens and I should just pay somebody & then talking to the Best Buy in-store Samsung Rep, decided it would be best to pay Geek Squad to mount it. Really, really glad I chose Geek Squad!!! The techs stayed in touch with me by phone, showed up at the exact time they promised, were done in less than an hour, and even set up the tv to work with Xfinity for me, and then walked me through the main features of the tv & remote. Cannot save enough good things about the service I received from Geek Squad and highly recommend their TV Wall Mount Installation for anyone not comfortable installing themselves.

Don provided expert service in the removal of my prior big screen TV/sound system, installation of my new system, and removal and installation of a new whole home sound system. Work was neat and tidy and his ability to explain how to work the entire system was superb. Very knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. He even assisted me after the installation with a few follow up questions - an unexpected plus! He has made me a Best Buy customer for life.

The technicians installed the tv quickly and professionally. Additionally, they showed me how to use the remote. any questions I had, they answered. As they also mounted the tv on the wall, they took great care to measure correctly so the tv would be level and the soundbar would fit correctly.

They did an awesome job. The mounting bracket is sturdy and functional-perfect for the new Toshiba tv we purchased for Mom for Christmas! She is 85 years young and having a larger screened TV on a mount on the wall is so much more enjoyable for her to see. We recommend. Oh and join Total tech if you have not already-it is totally worth it. Geek Squad is AMAZiNG! Leave it to the pros! They were wonderful in every way, as they have been for all of our recent purchases and installations!

I had purchased a Sony TV and the Geek Squad membership in late January,2023. That I was so pleased with both TV and Geek Squad service I returned and bought the same TV but this time the Geek Squad service was exceptional. The technician was so helpful and spent over an hour helping me set up be second Sony TV. I was always satisfied with Best Buy in the past but this Best Buy and Gerk Squad are suburb? I am so elated I want to purchase a third Sony TV

I would like to say that Jamar and his partner are incredibly helpful and got my 83 in LG OLED TV mount with out any issues. He then telling me to create and LG account to be able to downloading any updating for this new TV I bought. They took care of the mounting and set up the TV programs and the quality of the picture screen are flawless. I am in love with this T.V. I would recommended to any one.

Every time they have come out, they have been great. Knew exactly what to do to solve all my problems. Loving the set up of my tv and the tv itself.

The geek squad first was on time. Second they had great customer service and were showing me step by step of what they were doing. They did not waste their time they knew what they needed to do and completed the installation and informed me before they left and showed me the finished product. I was very very please of thei excellent work . Give that team a raise in pay!!!

I am completely happy with my first Total Tech experience. The consultant, Charlie Uyeda visited our home in anticipation of our remodel. Based on our needs, and the home layout, he was able to provide information that we needed to make the best decision. We are completely happy with the Sony Mini LED purchase and installation. We look forward to having Charlie as a part of our 'remodel team', seeing the completion of our remodel with new replacement of additional security devices and TV, computer, printer networks.

The rep From the geek squad was excellent. The mounting done of the 65 inch TV was done perfectly. The rep was patient and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend this service.
