I would give this a 0/no star review if it allowed. I paid in full upfront as there was no way to schedule the appointment without full payment. I was happy to pay 50% upfront to secure an appointment but thought 100% payment was ridiculous considering that paying full price to book an appointment just seemed wrong. You do not pay for a haircut when you book the appointment. But I did it anyway as I was moving and needed my TV’s moved and mounted. The one TV was not going to work so while the technicians were in my home I bought the parts needed to correct the situation and was told they would reschedule me for 3 days out. Since I paid for the appointment in full and had already waited 3 weeks. Valued the company and technicians and confirmed everything and on the morning of the scheduled date I was told my appointment got pushed back 4 weeks. Sat on hold with geek squad 45 minutes to get a live person who could not connect me to a manager, that would take another 36-48 hours. I have been a Best Buy customer for 10 years and this service was lousy. I returned all my products, got the same tv cheaper and task rabbit installed it for $70 not $269.

Installers came on time and did a reasonable job putting the TV up. But completely messed up all the connections, and were incredibly hesitant to do the hard wiring with a installation kit that I had purchased from Amazon even though the service specifies that they will use a wall mounting kit from anywhere. At the end of the day they advised I not use it, because I think they didn’t want to do the work. I did it myself and it works great.

The agent mounted tv to my wall I would of given a 5 star unfortunately the agent didn't give any space for my other devices that connects to my tv like blue ray, playstation and so forth. My furniture that sits right underneath theres not even 2 cm space in between and didn't even ask if he should hook up my devices... I thought that's why I have membership and paid for the service. So disappointing.

I was told to have an electrician install an outlet behind the TV. I was not told where to place it. As a result the outlet was placed to close to the center and covered by the mounting bracket. a complete waste of time and money, it was useless. the geek squad could have moved it but didn't. Instead they ran a longer electric cord and hide the wires in a tube. I asked for an adjustment in price and was told there would not be any. I remain unsatisfied after spending over $3,000 for a Tv and sound bar
