    I bought a Samsung 75” TV per the Best Buy Reps recommendation and had the Geek Squad install it at my house. The Installers were friendly and professional but the TV didn’t work as described for more than an hour and I have now had the Geek Squad back to my house 4 times in 2 months. They have even installed a new TV with the same results. Great pics but doesn’t communicate well with YouTube TV. Now I’m told this is a known issue….

    I had a 49" tv mounted. The tennis were thorough, professional and kind. They even have us tips on how to use our smart tv
