    It took 2 trips to our home to get it right. Team struggled to center the TV and hang it at the height we requested. Thankfully the TV covers all of the holes in the wall.

    This is a tough one for me as I had quite an experience that lasted over a week but Best Buy ultimately came through in the end. After 3 Technician calls they finally got it right with the set-up. Without going in with details, overall the last technician was patient and knew what he was doing.

    The agent that arrived at the house was great. Unfortunately, he came alone. If my son were not home, the installation never would have taken place.
