Installer put the Sanus Elite tv stand together and mounted TV. Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Setup was easy after that. He cleaned up what little mess there was. Total time here was just over 60 minutes mostly putting stand together and mounting TV.

Between the very user friendly set up of Samsung TV's and the Geek Squad, from installation to first use was a breeze. Great picture, easy navigation of menu and controls, when needed and ultra clear sound (I have a hearing issue not related to volume). I could not be more pleased.

The 2 guys that installed my tv and surround sound went above and beyond. Brett and Phil were a little bananas but in a good way ha. Can’t recommend these two enough.

I used Geek squad to install and remove my old plasma that died on us. I wasn't very comfortable mounting my new 75' tv so I used geek Squad to help me out. From start to finish they let me know what time they will be arriving to clean up and finally the install. This service is so good they listen to me what I wanted to do how I use my new gear. I went over what I liked and disliked about what my family likes and they got it done in a reasonable time. Very professional during this time masks is a must cleaned up my area and took away our old tv as well. They gave me options on how I like the install done and we again talked about my custom install that day. So kudos to Geek Squad for making our day easy and fun what a great service!!

The Geek Squad installed our TV & checked to be sure they hooked up every device we had b4 & showed us how to use everything. They were knowledgeable, respectful & insalled everything in a timely manner.

The two service techs did a great job on the installation and made sure every things was installed properly and working correctly. Once again, Best Buy did an outstanding job...

I would give my installation grew 10 stars if I could. Three geek squad members made it a fast and professional install. Best Buy is lucky to have these three.

The Geek Squad peeps that came out to install this Amazing TV did an amazing job. They mounted it very easily and didn't make a mess at all. They were more than cordial and professional which is the best thing you can ask for. They took their timing explaing everything about the TV and getting it all set up with my apps and profile etc...Side note....Love the picture. Love the sound. Great from any angle. Glare from window is almost non existent or at the very least not a nuisance. Love Sony TVs and this by far is the best, especially when Geek squad installed it perfectly.

The two guys that came out to do the install for me did a great job. They were thorough and thoughtful. They made sure that the TV was secure in the block wall and everything was cleaned up. I would recommend them. They also took their shoes off or wore booties to protect my floors. I was impressed.

Geek Squad is always great, but this was above and beyond. We had our Frame tv mounted into our tile fireplace and GS even had a vacuum to make sure they didn't leave any dust from drilling into the tile. Setup was easy and would do it again.

They were to dismount and relocate a plasma tv, install new mount an unpack, mount and setup new tv and AVR and reprogram urc and haul off a rear projection dlp set. On arrival they said did not do urc programming or haul-off. Other people need to be scheduled to do that. I finally managed to get the haul-off a couple weeks later and canceled the urc programming for now. TV mount seems ok, but keep getting messages to setup remote (even after selecting to not see it anymore, and about needing ARC. I could not airplay to the AVR (It is connected to net via lan connection but they left it connected by WiFi … I turned it off WiFi then it appears in my AirPlay options). They left a panel off the back of the TV with no explanation, I discovered the panel still in its foam sheet packing cover after they had left.

This is my first time hiring the Geek Squad...What a pleasant experience. They totally know what they do, and they do it fast and clean. Total peace of mind for you when it comes to installing a TV and do all the wiring.

It was nice to not have to lift a finger to watch these guys go through the process of mounting my 85” tv. Plus, they gave me an excellent tutorial on how it all sets up. Set it, and forget it. Worth every penny to have this team do the work for you.

Geek Squad installed my TV. Very respectful of property, and answered all questions. Geek Squad were able to use my old TV mount; so I was able to return the Mount I had purchased at Best Buy. It was a few days past their 15-day return policy, but no questions asked.

The guys who came out for install were on time and professional. They worked quickly, but did not cut corners whatsoever. My set up was neat and exactly the look I was trying to achieve.

The two gentlemen was very communicative and knowledgeable. They were fast and effective!

The guys that set up my TV were very helpful in explaining how it works and how to sign into the different apps. We are beyond the age of knowing about computers and logging in and they explained to us perfectly. Love the geek squad service.

Our Geek Squad service team was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They had no trouble mounting our new TV perfectly—taking the time to ensure it was securely installed and completely level. What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable they were. They walked us through some of the TV's key settings, making sure we understood how to get the most out of it. We couldn’t be happier with the service—we’re seriously impressed!

Geek squad contacted me prior to their arrival and were ptompt on the arrival time. Techs did a quick site survey. Prepared the wall mount. Mounted the TV and connected it to my cable system. Ensured all was operational prior to departure. Great job and service provided!

geek squad was professional and through, knew their business and set my tv up to where I was watching after they left. they knew their stuff and installed my equipment without any issue.
