    Excellent and professional service from the Geek Squad. They were the best thing about this purchase experience. Customer service is clearly not a priority for Best Buy. Can’t even call a store. Instead you get someone from Panama that doesn’t care who they are talking to and don’t care what issue you may have.

    Mount techs did an excellent job. Came two hours early when I was sound asleep, but that’s a scheduling matter I assume. We agreed they’d come back later in the day during the window I had been told 3 times verbally and in writing from Best Buy, 12-8pm. They came at 10am - said they were told 7-3. I work late so that was not great! The mounting, installing and hauling away went very well. So 5 stars for Frick and Frack - Thanks guys, you turned a negative into a win. And hey, be nicer to Rich. He is very nice. Though both were clearly committed to the customer. I just felt bad for him. The other guy was a jerk to Rich at times during the process. I didn’t catch the other guy’s name though they both made sure my expectations were met and were respectful to me. Appreciated the successful install greatly.

    The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

    I am so happy that I paid additional money for Geek Squad to set my tv and equipment up. They did an amazing and professional job. Was done quickly and looks perfect. They techs were super friendly, polite, and very professional. Well worth my money. They set everything up and all I had to do was click the remote. Even got my apps set up as well. Doesn’t get any easier than that. And I know my equipment is set up correctly and working at its best possibilities. Looks beautiful and so professional. Perfect! Pay the money and let them do it right.

    We’ve replaced 3 old tv’s in the past couple years with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. All have gone smoothly and flawlessly. This last time we only had one “Geek” come, usually with the big screen tv’s they’ve sent 2. We can’t help much due to back/shoulder issues, but this guy was great. Did the whole thing (removing old mount, replacing it with new mount, and getting the 65 in. TV up there with no problems.

    Bought the wall mount for the Samsung TV. This is great addition to our kids bedroom. It was perfectly wall mounted by geek squad and easy to grasp.

    Tremendous job by these professionals. Very helpful and professional when they mounted our new 77in TV perfectly. The were knowledgeable with other tech areas I had questions about, and had great suggestions on how to optimize all our families media needs. I wouldn't hesitate to have them out again for any other tech services needed. Thank you, Iverson and your team!

    Ivy installed my new tv. He was awesome! Very professional, pleasant, patient with all my questions. He was respectful of the room. Clean up was like he was never there. It was a great service experience.

    The agents were able to use an existing mount i had at the house. They installed the Tzv over my fireplace with such professionalism i was delighted.

    Installer put the Sanus Elite tv stand together and mounted TV. Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Setup was easy after that. He cleaned up what little mess there was. Total time here was just over 60 minutes mostly putting stand together and mounting TV.

    Geek squad contacted me prior to their arrival and were ptompt on the arrival time. Techs did a quick site survey. Prepared the wall mount. Mounted the TV and connected it to my cable system. Ensured all was operational prior to departure. Great job and service provided!

    The Geek Squad are good they arrived with my 65 inch tv mounted and connected everything showed me how to operate it cleaned up and left and they were fast and they also mounted a 50 inch tv

    The installation was fine! They initially loaded the wrong TV at the store but caught the error immediately. Installers arrived on time, put up the wall mount and mounted the TV without issue. Only 2 stars because the installer "misinformed" me (hopefully he didn't lie!) when he upsold me on a My Best Buy Plus membership during the installation. I asked if that would extend the return window to 60 days, he said yes. He also volunteered that it would qualify me for a partial refund if Best Buy dropped the price of the TV within 60 days. He specifically mentioned July sales. The price of the set dropped $400 this week (July 15th). I contacted Best Buy. They claimed that the return window expired after 15 days (3 days ago, naturally) and that the price match wouldn't apply retroactively, anyway. You can trust Geek Squad's TV mounting know-how! But be careful with anything they say.

    Our Geek guy was awesome! He brought in our TV and went right to work. He was very friendly and very efficient. Setting the TV up to all the outlets and recepticals was easily completed and he knew exactly how to hook up the modem and Xfinity box. It would have taken us a week to do all that he did in minutes. Our new Smart TV exceeds any previous TV’s we have had. The price was perfect, the picture is amazing, everything works perfectly. The price to install our new TV was a little steep (it was half the cost of the TV itself), but we could not have done it ourselves. This was a most pleasant experience for us. Thanks so much for giving us such a great experience.

    1st Time Use of the Geek Squad

    Scheduling was a major problem and the original team arrived more than an hour before the start of their scheduled arrival time and we were not home. That created major consternation since we were not able to reach BestBuy by phone for more than an hour. We then traveled to the local Best Buy where the manager, Xavier, interceded and made accommodations to re-book us for the following week. Kudos to Xavier! Then the team that actually did the install, led by Aaron, was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a great job!
