Best Buy Review I recently visited Best Buy to upgrade my home entertainment system, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help, providing great recommendations based on my budget and preferences. I ended up purchasing a 4K smart TV and a soundbar. The selection was vast, with options for every price range. Everything went well. The Geek Squad agent was able to use the wall mount device that was already on the wall. He hung the new TV after hooking everything up, taking care to hide all of the cords. Looks and works great!

Everything went smoothly. Very professional. Very,very patient in explaining how to set up the tv and function of the controller.

The team did a great job, arrived on time and installed the mount easily. Weren't able to move the outlet due to where we had the tv mounted, but they explained why and helped us return the outlet kits that we had purchased

I have used Best Buy install on numerous occasions. And I have not been disappointed. I encourage anyone who is not satisfied, speak to the installers communicate. If I ever had a concern or issue I have communicated with them directly, and we have been able to resolve any concerns. Set an expectation for how you want the finished project to look, prior to them, beginning work, and iron out any wrinkles. I have just been so pleased with the service at Best Buy offers.

I was so impressed with Alex D. the Geek Squad guy who installed our 85-inch Sony TV on the wall he also solved a problem we had with the speaker. He and his helper were very courteous and worked quickly. Alex's excellent knowledge and advice was outstanding. They removed the old TV and helped store it till our daughter could pick it up. A great team the best of the best.

The two young men were very professional and set up tv and sound bar and mounted the tv to the wall. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable. They even organized all my cords. Worth every $ to have the Geek Squad do your installation.

The mounting of the tv was fast, efficient and professional. The tech was very cautious when installing tv, asked which height was good for mounting, had extra tools in case screws didn’t match.

Three guys showed up, each worked independently to prep the wall mount, unpacking the tv and prepped the surround bar and system for install. Hung the tv, set up the surround system and gave a run down of operation. Very smooth, efficient and thorough process.

The two people who installed our TV were professional, knowledgable and took their time to listen and get it right. They were stellar representatives of Best Buy’s “best” (aka Geek Squad).

Installers were so knowledge and professional! So helpful with suggestions on placement and such. Knew it was a bigger job than we wanted to handle and so glad we had these two professionals handle it for us.

Rashad and his associate mounted my tv and neatly organized the TV wiring behind the tv. They were able to set everything up in less than 45 mins. Would recommend their service.

Although it was a little more involved than planned, the mounting worked well and Greg and Rel were extremely professional and took the time required to ensure an excellent experience.

Unfortunately, they were late for my appointment. No call to say they would be late. With this said, the two installers were very good at what they did. They were very personable, and knew what they were dealing with. No complaints regarding the installation. Just did not like the extra wait and change in my schedule.
