    The men who installed the tv were wonderful. They were efficient. It took a long time to get the tv delivered and have the installation coordinated through Best Buy.

    My rating is low because the tech wanted to charge me 50.00 additional when I had paid to have two tv's installed. I had one that I already owned that was to be installed in another room and one of the new tv's to be installed as well. He wanted to charge me 50.00 to take a tv out of a box and put it on top of a tv stand and plug it in. I had to have him call his supervisor because I told him if that was the case, take EVERYTHING back and cancel the order.
