The install went ok I guess ,so I really don’t have 50 words to say about this installation

No. There was not no installation done i did the installation myself

Had my tv mounted let's just say it was a small ordeal and I was very disappointed, I had to make second appointment with geek squad and the job got done thanks.

I paid for the basic service at $129.99 and it was great, the agents were friendly and they did a great job

Excellent mount for our 55" Samsung TV. BestBuy installers installers installed for us, but it went up in a flash.

On time, installation- well done. Quality work. Will certainly call on the Geek squats again

They ran into a few unexpected problems with installation so I was very glad to have experts on the job.

The only issue I had was that he couldn't sync the Spectrum remote to the TV. A simple call by me got the code and the remote was all set.

Geek Squad was prompt, quick and efficient! I appreciate the suggestions they provided when mounting my tv as well.

Our designated time was between 11 and 3. 3:00 came and went with no updates. I called and got transferred several times, had to refund my info several times and spent at least an hour and a half on hold off and on.... Was told they got held up at the previous job. 5:00, still nothing..... Called again... After much of the same thing as the first call I was told they had no way to get in touch with anyone to find out what was going on...... 7:00, save thing.... Around 8:30 I was still on the phone door the 7:00 call.... The truck and can drove up.... The driver of the truck got our and was immediately defensive and extremely rude!!!!!! When the driver of the truck started getting rude, the driver of the van just turned around and got back in the van, as of to say here we go again... We told him it was too late to do install so he just brought the TV in and left it. Rescheduled for the following week.....On one of the calls, I was told to reach out by email to the person the next day and he's see what he could do about some reimbursement of the ridiculous amount best buy charges for delivery and installation. I emailed with all of this info only to get nothing for all inconvenience and disrespect. Save your money and fund sometime else to install your items. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! We do love out tv once it was finally installed......

All done in 20 to 25 minutes. Amazing. All completely done in less than 30 minutes. Dvd and sound . Great job
