    The agents mounted my TV quickly, but they were rude when calling me for my appointment. I requested the afternoon time and I was called at 9:30 AM. I was told I was given the wrong information. I asked for an afternoon time and was told my appointment would be canceled. We did eventually agree to a time, but it was stressful.

    The agents did mount the TV ; But, it wasn’t necessarily quick. They ran into problems with the mount and couldn’t get it tight enough so the screen wouldn’t move. Also finding out now that I need to register the TV with Samsung by logging on through the TV. All they did is explain the Dish hook up options. Can’t really figure out the Samsung remote.

    I had 4 tv’s wall mounted by the geek squad and sound calibration done also..Great job done by 3 techs would definitely do it again. Purchased my own mounts to save cost.
