    First 86 inch LG was delivered cracked. Second delivery crew did a goof job delivering and mounting the 2nd TV and hauling away both huge boxes

    This is a difficult evaluation in that the persons that installed the TV did a GREAT job. The problem was that the person that took the order did not tell them that it had to go on a different wall. They were not prepared to install on a different wall.
