    Be sure tonmake them wait while you play with a few commands. Mine didnt set it up as he explained it. He said i would not need the TV remote and my Roku woukd run everything. WRONG! My son cane over and fixed it install easyin 15 minutes.

    They do a strong professional job. Others can mount the tv for significantly less. Still, one should consider that if the tv is from BB there may be other benefits tied in to using Geek Squad. Be aware that the Geek Squad in the Best Buy store may differ from the Geek Squad that you contract with.
