    Honestly it was a very weird experience, the people came took our old TV. Left for hours and we were sat wondering what happened, calling Best Buy and asking why didn’t they install our new tv. Then randomly they show back up and install the new tv. Everything went smoothly but the 2-3 hours after they took off the old tv was odd, no communication what so ever. They didn’t tell us or let us know they were coming back. They just took it and left.

    MY TECH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY DILIGENT. THE COST IS VERY REASONABLE IF YOU HAVE TWO OR MORE TVS TO MOUNT.
