    The tech came and installed my fb mount in no time. It was very easy and prompt and reliable. Only issue I had was the tech while installing broke my chrome cast cable.

    The installer was on time, professional, and communicated the installation process. All that went well. What didn't is he was unable (?) to install the power cord behind the wall. We already have multiple cables running behind the wall. I realize it would likely require more time, but couldn't understand the inability to make that happen. More recently, we've discovered the TV indicate no power source on the HDMI1 input after several hours.... unsure why.
