The geek squad came in and mounted our tv, they were on time and very professional. Great job.

Would be zero starts if possible. Scheduled appointment and received an initial window of 7am-7pm with a promise to receive an actual delivery window the morning of appointment. At 11am the day of the delivery still no window so I made the first of 5 calls to customer service. Cliff notes version, I wasted 12 hours waiting and despite being reassured they were coming; they were a no call, no show. Then they rescheduled for the following Monday with same promise. I did receive a call in the AM with an 11am-2pm window. 2pm came and went and they finally showed up at 5pm with no call or text. We almost left thinking they were not showing again. I could not risk wasting 12 hours again, so my son waited. Upon returning from work I walked into a 77" TV box sitting in my living room that my trash pickup will not take. They completed the install and part of the agreement was they were to haul the packaging away. Now stuck with a gigantic box This was the worst experience I've ever had by far for a delivery/install. I wish I would have read the reviews of the company that they subcontract the work in our area (CRST Home Solutions). Had I checked their reviews I would have seen the 89% 1-star reviews for this company they use. The crew seemed in a hurry to leave - even before they got the TV working. Blamed our internet, started to leave. They asked if we were satisfied and of course, we said, no - it's not working. So, they stayed until it worked and the issues was entirely easily solvable. Glad we insisted.
