    The installers were polite and professional with installation of the tv on the wall going smoothly. However, installing the inwall power extension was a disaster. They tried pulling the cables down in the wall to only push the insulation down along with it causing it to bunch half way down and blocking ability to push the cable through to the bottom. Essentially the caused a hard ball of insulation within the wall. Told them to get the fiberglass insulation back up as it was originally installed. After multiple frustrated attempts, they had to make a hole in the middle of the wall to get physical access to the blocked area. Now, I'm left with a visible hole that needs to be patched and painted with that section of the wall with insulation still pushed still pushed about 3 feet down leaving an empty cavity behind the dry wall.
