I had purchased a Sony TV and the Geek Squad membership in late January,2023. That I was so pleased with both TV and Geek Squad service I returned and bought the same TV but this time the Geek Squad service was exceptional. The technician was so helpful and spent over an hour helping me set up be second Sony TV. I was always satisfied with Best Buy in the past but this Best Buy and Gerk Squad are suburb? I am so elated I want to purchase a third Sony TV

The agents connected all my devices needed to run my TV. I was pleased with their efficiency, knowledge, and ability. They made sure everything worked well before they left.

The agents dismounted and mounted my new TV in a very short time, as they were very efficient and completely professional. They also hauled away my old TV, which was quite helpful.

The agents were helpful and did a great job mounting our TV. They also answered our questions about the TV and finding our way around our first Smart TV. We love where it is on our wall.

Agents were on time and installed TV and hooked up to all my devices efficiently.

They did a wonderful job hooking the mount top the wall and Tv no wires showing and explained how everything operates also cleaned their mess up very satisfied would have them again very professional

So happy that I allowed the Geek Squad install my new TV. There was a problem with where the studs were located and they figured out the best way to mount at the proper height. Courteous and professional they cleaned up any debris and answered any questions. They also made sure that the set was working and gave mini lesson of use. The installation fee was worth it.

The agents mounted my tv quickly and professionally. They waited until I logged into my Google account to make sure the apps on the TV worked properly. Very friendly!

I can honestly say the delivery, unboxing and wall mounting of my large (and HEAVY) tv was the BEST installation experience I have had from any retail company. Justin & his team showed a professionalism and friendliness that went beyond just getting the job done. Even though there were problems with the television itself, he made sure we were taken care of by arranging a replacement, and coming back to complete the job himself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Geek Squad for ANY delivery & installation job after his excellent experience. I only wish other companies showed this kind of dedication and respect for their customers.

Installation and setup done by Zac and James of MasTec. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the whole process and I commend these gentlemen on being an asset to their company. I give them both a 10+ rating.

The guys who installed all my TV's and sound bars were punctual and professional...they were so knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well I highly recommend you ask the squad to install every piece of tech u have in your home!!

Bought the wall mount for the Samsung TV. This is great addition to our kids bedroom. It was perfectly wall mounted by geek squad and easy to grasp.

Mount techs did an excellent job. Came two hours early when I was sound asleep, but that’s a scheduling matter I assume. We agreed they’d come back later in the day during the window I had been told 3 times verbally and in writing from Best Buy, 12-8pm. They came at 10am - said they were told 7-3. I work late so that was not great! The mounting, installing and hauling away went very well. So 5 stars for Frick and Frack - Thanks guys, you turned a negative into a win. And hey, be nicer to Rich. He is very nice. Though both were clearly committed to the customer. I just felt bad for him. The other guy was a jerk to Rich at times during the process. I didn’t catch the other guy’s name though they both made sure my expectations were met and were respectful to me. Appreciated the successful install greatly.

They arrived ahead of schedule mounted the TV bracket and TV, hooked up all my peripheral equipment, tested everything to make sure it worked. They spent about 20 minutes showing us all the basic operations. I’m an electrical engineer, but I was please and very impressed with the service and kindness of the technicians not to mention product knowledge

I was very pleased with the efficiency, and accuracy of the installation. They arrived within the allotted time, calling 15-20 minutes before to say they were on the way. They were calm, polite and obviously had worked together for a while, with each one doing their set task. TV was mounted exacted where and how I wanted, with very little fuss or movement of furniture. I have a very small apt which they adapted to easily. VERY PLEASED.

Two guys came out and put up 3 TV's for me. Great guys, very, very fast. Full set up, hooked up my apple TV's, RokuTV's and my cable boxes. Everything worked great. They did all 3 TV's in about an hour. Very professional.

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing my TV and giving me a little training on operation of it.

Great! Two ppl came and they were very kind and helpful. They knew what they were doing and ran back to their van a lot to get what they needed to help (there was an issue w power source). Each time they ran in and out they put on their shoe covers which I greatly appreciated since we are a no shoe household (and I didn’t tell them). They also didn’t smell! : ) sometimes I’ve had installation employees smell like cigarettes, sweat, etc - but not these team members!

I was very impressed with the service installation and his knowledge of the product I had purchased. He explained how I can get the best ways for me to get optimal use of the television I purchased. Thanks for a wonderful experience Rob.
