Every time I buy major appliances, I always go to Best Buy because of the installation, set up, and haul away service. I recently bought a 75in TV and installation was quick and the techs came on time.

The 2 guys that installed my tv and surround sound went above and beyond. Brett and Phil were a little bananas but in a good way ha. Can’t recommend these two enough.

Was unsure about paying the extra money for installation and setup. For a 65 inch tv the service was well worth it. They did a nice job setting up and making sure the tv was hooked into my surround system and other devices and gave me tips.

The agents who mounted the TV did an outstanding job centering the TV and connecting to my video and audio equipment. They were very professional and cleaned up when done. Outstanding.

The guys came out right on rime with professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of rhe items I purchased. They were willing ro assist with anything needed to complete the job. When they were done they cleaned and disposed of empty boxes from my home. After all that I was given a tutorial along with the setup and was given access to call at anytime if I had questions or needed assistance. Great job!

The 2 ladies were professional and did a very good job at removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. They set the TV up the way we wanted and cleaned everything up before they left the house.

At first I was skeptical of purchasing this service but doing so was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Well worth the cost. The Geek Squad was so professional and they did amazing work during the install.

The agents removed and remounted not only the LG TV I purchased, but the new TV wall mount. They also reprogrammed my Harmony Elite to meet all my needs. Anthony and Jason were my installers and I was extremely satisfied. They answered all m6 questions and provided me contact information if I had any future questions. My only complaint was during the purchase process. I waited nearly an hour and a half in the store after going through the kiosk before I was met with a sales associate. In fact, I had to go back to the kiosk after waiting that long before I gasworks an associate and asked for assistance. At that time the sale was completed. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WAIT!!!!

Was glad I opted to pay for mounting vs doing myself -they were very careful with tv and my wall -pointing out tips and recommendations was an added bonus- so much better than ordering off of Amazon or online retailer -worth having the expertise. Also worth mentioning it was performed faster I could have done it myself.

Don provided expert service in the removal of my prior big screen TV/sound system, installation of my new system, and removal and installation of a new whole home sound system. Work was neat and tidy and his ability to explain how to work the entire system was superb. Very knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. He even assisted me after the installation with a few follow up questions - an unexpected plus! He has made me a Best Buy customer for life.

Rashad and his associate mounted my tv and neatly organized the TV wiring behind the tv. They were able to set everything up in less than 45 mins. Would recommend their service.
