I had an excellent experience getting my tv mounted by a geek squad team member. He was very professional, timely and even cleaned up after the install.

Very great company. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I asked about hiding wires to TV and they help get that squared away on the spot.

The Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and did an excellent job of installing and setting up our new television, stand, and sound bar. They explained the operation of the new equipment very well and answered our questions. Our only disappointment was we could not make a telephone contact with them afterwards about a question we had so we had to do so bu contacting the local Best Buy tech people.

Did an amazing job installing the tv. The perfectly center the tv mount over the fireplace in corner. Setup the soundbar. Connected all my streaming services. Knowledgeable about the tv. Made the whole process enjoyable. Would recommend again.

The two Columbus based Best Buy Geek Squad technicians who came out to deliver and wall mount my new SONY 55" TV were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took all required covid-19 precautions while in my home. Their work was quick and the mounting looks great. It is very neat and the various cords are well organized and barely noticeable. I highly recommend these two guys. Any Best Buy customer in the Columbus area who is lucky enough to have these two guys tapped to deliver and install their new TV will be delighted with the service.

I bought two units of this service to mount the Sony X950H 65" (XBR65X950H) in the living room and the Sony X950 55" (XBR55X950H) in the master bedroom, both on the Sanus premium series swivel TV wall mount (BLF328-B1). The same technician completed the installation of both in less than 2.5 to 3 hours and was professional, friendly, and observing prescribed covid safety measures; the installation took place in early August 2020 in Anaheim, California. I am thinking about getting a third TV for the third floor and would consider using this premium TV mounting service again.

They were very precise in showing me where the tv would be on the wall by placing temporary tape showing where it would be and had me choose how high or low to mount it. They had good input to help me decide. I had purchased the wall mount and surge suppressor to match my walls and everything went together beautifully. They helped set up the Google TV part of the tv, which was great as that part is all new to me. When finished they hauled out all of the packaging and cleaned up. It was great.

First Shawn came out to help me figure out where to place a new tv in a fairly limited space near a corner in the bedroom. He was very helpful in deciding what size the new tv could be given the space available. Really helped me a lot!! Then Justin came out to do the installation and was great! Very polite and efficient - answered my several questions and helped me to choose the absolute best spot for the new tv to be wall mounted. Very pleased with both Geek Squad guys!!

Geek squad showed up on time as scheduled. They were clean ,efficient and well trained in installing and setting up large screen televisions and sound systems. Glad I made this decision.

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! At first we had wanted to use a totally flat wall mount. After a closer look at the packaging and speaking with the installers, we went with this particular mount. We have a 75 inch tv.....they are heavy and we didn't want something that wasn't rated for that size of tv. It does stick out from the wall a bit..,...but that has proved to be quite advantageous for us, as we can turn it a bit to see it better from the dining room, as well as tilt it forward if we are on the floor. It moves very easy and is not a big deal to have it protruding those few inches and for the comfort of knowing it is securely mounted.....well worth using this mount instead of the flat wall mount.

The installation agents contacted in a timely manner. Arrived to my home and assessed the situation. Came prepared with equipment and tools. Mounted my TV and provided feedback. As well cleaned up and dirt or items after the installment completion.
