The agents were able to use an existing mount i had at the house. They installed the Tzv over my fireplace with such professionalism i was delighted.

The two people who came to install the TV were skilled pros, as well as fun to have around. They did a perfect job of mounting the TV in the wall and didn't leave until they had turned on the set and made sure that everything it was working perfectly. Many thanks!

Installation team arrived on time - early, actually. Installation was done quickly and well. Team explained some useful features on device, knowledgeably answered any questions i had, and would readily have stayed as long as required had i had more questions.

The guys that came over to install my TV were very kind and efficient! They walked through the process and were very speedy. They made sure my Xbox was properly attached so I can enjoy all of my streaming. They asked if I had any questions because they had all of the answers :) I love the work they did :)

Awesome experience with Geek Squad! They called in advance, brought all the equipment (surround equip and TV mounting) and were even prepared when a couple of snafus popped up during installation of the home theater pieces. They took care of everything and made sure I was familiar with how it all worked before cleaning up and leaving. Highly recommend!

Geek team Eric & Nate provided outstanding service - re-designing the home theater - adding components as necessary. They professionally installed TV on the wall, hiding cables and most important setting up the many user interface options. They provided a heads-up on arrival time, left the site clean, reviewed user operation and answered all my questions.

Terrance was great and made sure we had what we needed to hang the tvs the best way possible. Very happy with his work and suggestions.

Jose C had to replace the incorrect moount that was given to us by the sales person, who should have been more informed about which mount would work with the new set. Jose did a great job. Efficient, clean, informative, and set up the TV , which now works great.

Hiram was extremely kind, helpful & patient. He came back to finish the job when Spectrum had not done something properly. Hiram came back as promised and made things work even though it disrupted his schedule. We cannot thank him enough. It would have been easy to just blame the problem on Spectrum and not finish the job (since he couldn't without cable working), which would have required us to call Best Buy again & start the whole process over. Hiram is a valuable asset to the company.

This tv mount / 75” tv wAs installed by Best Buy. I loved it. The salesman recommended we purchase the tec package because it was actually cheaper and saved us about $250 for things we were having them do and it’s good for 1 yr. It’s great! The guys came to put together my tv stand, installed the wire thing in my wall so you can’t see the wires, then installed the tv mount, mounted my 75” tv, connected everything up, got my cable working, gave me a quick lesson, took my Huge monster dinosaur big screen tv with them, They did everything from start to finish. When my husband got home from work he was able to relax. So convenient. We will do this all the time now. Highly recommend.

Two man crew came out. They were friendly and knowledgeable. No problems with installation.

The agents mounted our new 75” tv perfectly to our existing wall mount. Very professional & courteous in every way. Called before coming, we’re there when they said they would be, etc. Overall, very pleased with the Geek Squad!

My first “installation and set up “ appointment was dismal and I was too livid to even write a bad review. Then I was informed I could get a “redo”. Clyde was fantastic! He set and synched everything up, explained what he was doing and taught me how to do things myself. I call him the redeemer and restored my faith in Best Buy.

Great work, great team, great experience. I highly recommend Best Buy for tv installation. This is about the 8th time I have used Best Buy for home theater or plain tv hanging. They do a great job and stand behind their work!

I didnt have time to do in home advising and set up a 2nd appointment for mounting so I opted to be advised over the phone. I was under the belief that the in-wall cord concealment and price quoted included everything needed for installation. Comparing the rates to other 3rd party mounting services it seemed like the best choice. During the appointment I was notified that and an additional piece of equipment (to extend the power supply inwall) would be needed, but they did not have this because the original order notes did not specify in wall cord concealment. Due to the increase in price, and inability to wait for a 2nd appointment I opted to go with a regular cable management system (also additional cost). I was contacted promptly by a manager to adjust the pricing of the service since I had been overcharged. Although the customer service aspect was great and handled the issue quickly and professionally, I wasn't thrilled that overall i ended up paying more vs 3rd party mounting and didn't end up with what I initially wanted.
