Don't bother with "premium"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The crew hung the mounting device and TV fine. That wasn't an issue. The upgrade to "premium" that will "hide the cables" is misleading. They will only hide the cables if you have open drywall (or maybe if you insist they open the drywall - not sure) and the cables go into the wall. Otherwise, all they do is clip the cables together and they are plainly visible. It's pretty deceptive marketing.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.best buy geek squad did a great job installing they get 5 stars only problem is i paid to have wires run through the wall but no one in store said you had to have this and that in order for them to run wires ended up paying another $140.00 for cords and stuff upset over paying extra and then having to pay even more

Very disappointed

I had to move the mount to the center of my wall myself because the installer said that he had to mount in the middle of two studs. By the way, it was a third party contractor. I will not do this again, it’s not worth $249
