The agents mounted this TV and showed me cool features to make the picture look perfect. They were also very punctual, flexible, and professional.

Geek Squad is the only reason I buy all my TVs from Best Buy. They deliver, set up everything, will relocate my current TV to another room I want, remove the boxes and will come back out and pick the TV up if I have any issues. And if you are a TotalTech member it's free. Other companies won't set up the TV, nor bring it inside your house, if they do offer install and wall mounts, it's separate from delivery, etc... If there's a problem, that's a whole other issue. Now with TotalTech you even get a free 2 yr warranty.

I am so happy that I paid additional money for Geek Squad to set my tv and equipment up. They did an amazing and professional job. Was done quickly and looks perfect. They techs were super friendly, polite, and very professional. Well worth my money. They set everything up and all I had to do was click the remote. Even got my apps set up as well. Doesn’t get any easier than that. And I know my equipment is set up correctly and working at its best possibilities. Looks beautiful and so professional. Perfect! the geek squad was knowledgeable and experienced. they worked quickly and efficiently. i watched as they installed the tv wall mount, 55” tv, cable box and dvd player. all i can say is i’m glad i let the professionals do the work. worth every penny!

Excelent, look picture and art work feature.. The size is perfect for our wall. The Geek squad slim wall Mount was absolutely perfect. The two guys were on time, experienced and effient. The whole process fro buying it at the store to enjoying the tv in our home was seamless! Thank you Best Buy!

Was glad I opted to pay for mounting vs doing myself -they were very careful with tv and my wall -pointing out tips and recommendations was an added bonus- so much better than ordering off of Amazon or online retailer -worth having the expertise. Also worth mentioning it was performed faster I could have done it myself.

We go the installing and un-installing service and we are very satisfied with the professionalism of the techs. They were polite , knowledgeable and performed the job with efficiency.

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. I could not speak more highly about the people who installed my picture. They were so precise, delightful & explained everything i asked. I had to have my first screen tv exchanged & insisted upon the same people i initially met even though i had to wait a little longer to schedule with them

The Geek Squad agents that installed my new TV were fast, friendly, and very clean. They asked for my input on the TV height and gave their own opinions on how they like their personnel TVs installed, which I thought was helpful. They made sure I understood how to use the TV and offered to be of assistance if any future issues were to arise. Great install!
