    I informed them that they might need some pieces and parts and instead of bringing the cheaper entry level parts like I asked they brought in high-end parts and tried to upsell me which ended up costing an extra $145. This service used to be so well priced and convenient and then recent years has become overpriced and inconvenient..

    85 inch Samsung install. I had to move the mount to the center of my wall myself because the installer said that he had to mount in the middle of two studs. By the way, it was a third party contractor. I will not do this again, it’s not worth $249
