Had a sub contractor

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I scheduled for the Geek Squad and somehow ended up with a sub contractor that was not quite up to the same expertise as the actual Geek Sq. Best Buy has intervened and a member of the “real” Geek Sq will be coming to set up my surround sound and adjust the tv picture. Best Buy should consider only using the real Geek Sq and not sub contractors.

Make sure its the REAL Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The techs that showed up were 3rd party, they started by telling me they'd appreciate a tip at the end. They drilled into the wall and left me a mess to clean up and furniture to move. That tv was replaced and I did get the real Squad, and those guys were great.
