    No one told me about a $140 service charge to install over a fireplace. That was resolved with a phone call. I ended up canceling installation as the old mounting was the wrong size. I purchased a new one & a neighbor installed. The installer you sent, however, was terrific. She was very good to work with, very professional, and very helpful. It's too bad I didn't end up using her.
