    The that was purchased was an open box buy and that's totally fine because this isn't the first time I've purchased open box. However....It was delivered with hardly any safe guard packaging so therefore it could have become damaged, goes to show how much they care. The item was also dirty with fingerprints all over it. Not good with this virus going around. Overall I love HP products.
