I was prepared to never go to Best Buy again UNTIL they came out and fixed the mounting. The "squad" was exceptional, proficient, friendly and respectful. Perhaps they should do an inservice with some of the sales people on the floor. I will return because of this positive experience with the service that Best Buy is capable of!

They assembled a tabletop TV sand and attached it to the TV. Their work was fine but quite expensive, $249.

Geek Squad service was great! They called before arrival and showed up on time. When our existing TV mount didn't work with the TV we purchased, one of the agents went back to the store and got one that did. We did not have to reschedule; everything was completed as scheduled!

Technicians were excellent in mounting my TV & preparing it for watch ready! Awesome job. The mount I originally purchased apparently was not ideal but luckily the technician had a different one in his truck for me to purchase

Did a great job. Robert was timely with delivery and showed the experience in mounting and setup necessary for an enjoyable TV and soundbar experience.

They did a good job in the installation of a new 65" tv, wall mount, sound bar, and 24" tv. They handled the xfinity remotes well and helped install several streaming services too. Two minor issues were that the cable box that he mounted to the back of the 24" tv is now falling off after just a few weeks and they did not have time to explain how to adjust the sound bar to better pick out dialogue from the background music and noise. I guess I expected more for the price!

I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.

The agents set up our TV and were very patient in orienting us on all the features. They were knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the service.

The agent mounted my 5 TVs on the walls. installed my equipment. And program it. Then explain everything to us. The agent is very respectful, knowledgeable super nice. The whole experience was excellent I recommend it 100 %

Set up was very quick and easy, the two agents that arrived were even early for the appointment, worked very quickly and were polite and friendly during the process. No complaints!

The agents quickly mounted my TV to the wall. The wall it was installed on has some idiosyncrasies but they were able to work around them.

Our Geek guy was awesome! He brought in our TV and went right to work. He was very friendly and very efficient. Setting the TV up to all the outlets and recepticals was easily completed and he knew exactly how to hook up the modem and Xfinity box. It would have taken us a week to do all that he did in minutes. Our new Smart TV exceeds any previous TV’s we have had. The price was perfect, the picture is amazing, everything works perfectly. The price to install our new TV was a little steep (it was half the cost of the TV itself), but we could not have done it ourselves. This was a most pleasant experience for us. Thanks so much for giving us such a great experience.

The agent did a great job mounting my tv and connecting all my devices

The geek squad was on time and did an amazing job mounting 2 tv’s. A 55 inch in the bedroom and 75 inch in the living room. The team was very professional and ensured and I would highly recommend them.

The techs that delivered and installed my new Samsung tv were great. They were super professionals who explained to me everything that they were doing during the installation process. Efficient is the word that comes to mind to best describe them. They did a fantastic job of explaining the new tv and the controls for it. Additionally, they took the time to program my Amazon cube to control the tv and sound bar also. When they were done with the installation, it appeared as if the tv had always been in that spot! No wires were showing or anything. I would recommend the two of them to all of my friends and relatives!!

The two installers, Brody and co-worker arrived on time and efficiently installed the wall bracket and TV. In addition, they helped set up the TV. They were efficient and very professional! Excellent service!

The Geek Squad was amazing! They are professional, fast and so good! They installed our TV on the wall and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I will never have another installation other than these guys. Perfectly centered and they take into consideration all the things you would not think of - like distance from the door, light from the window, etc. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!
