Being a Total Tech customer used to bring great value. While I truly needed assistance to install my tv mounts & tv's I could barely contain myself at the cost to perform the service for each installation on top of my annual membership of which I do not use the services of their techs-perts every year. The installations were completed and I am satisfied it was done I am still absorbing the total cost in all matters of deep breaths.

Looks great and plays great. picture quality is excellent. third party installed the TV on the wall and it looks great

The techs that mounted the tv on my patio was very knowledgeable and professional.

I gave four stars because I don't think the cost was a little high for the amount of work done. They did a good job of mounting the TV. One of the speakers is a little off on alignment but I think I can correct it. I think the cost should be $50 cheaper.

Was going to mount my new Samsung QLED 75” myself but after several friends warned me there is a high risk of damage for large screens and I should just pay somebody & then talking to the Best Buy in-store Samsung Rep, decided it would be best to pay Geek Squad to mount it. Really, really glad I chose Geek Squad!!! The techs stayed in touch with me by phone, showed up at the exact time they promised, were done in less than an hour, and even set up the tv to work with Xfinity for me, and then walked me through the main features of the tv & remote. Cannot save enough good things about the service I received from Geek Squad and highly recommend their TV Wall Mount Installation for anyone not comfortable installing themselves.

The set up crew was great and work diligently. They were extremely polite and answered my few questions.

The Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and did an excellent job of installing and setting up our new television, stand, and sound bar. They explained the operation of the new equipment very well and answered our questions. Our only disappointment was we could not make a telephone contact with them afterwards about a question we had so we had to do so bu contacting the local Best Buy tech people.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. I appreciated their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge!

Great work, great team, great experience. I highly recommend Best Buy for tv installation. This is about the 8th time I have used Best Buy for home theater or plain tv hanging. They do a great job and stand behind their work!

I can't say enough good about the servicemen who came to install my televisions. One went above and beyond the call of duty and pointed out that if I took the doors off my TV cabinet (which was built for the old boxy tvs), I would be able to upgrade to a 42 in screen. He also told me that there is no charge to uninstall a too-small TV and install the larger TV if I made up my mind within 3 weeks. I went back to Best Buy, picked out a larger TV, and the technician was right. I am much happier with the larger screen and so grateful that he happened to think of taking the doors off! Besides all that, they were professional, polite, and very helpful and friendly. This alone would make me a huge Best Buy fan and I will check there first for my future purchases.

Luis and partner installed two different mounts for us. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. If you have Total Protection I recommend you to make use of the services.

Miguel was EVERYTHING I look for in setting up a tech product … he was on time, courteous, professional, and patient when asked questions. Knowing that other appointments existed, o never once felt rushed. Thank you.

The technicians were great! The system of setting up appointments is lousy. Did Best Buy intend to have no human available for customer service? The request was to have the appointment after 10:30 a.m. My husband is bedridden and the nurse was due at 9:30 a.m. The cost of delivery and installation was more than the cost of the TV itself! What a rip-off for the elderly!

Mounted my 85” tv over my fireplace. Quick install and setup my devices afterward. Not done by geek squad. A third party.

The Geek Squad came to deliver and install my 70" flat screen on a wall mount. The mount was already in my new apartment, but the first thing they noticed was it had not been mounted on the studs, so the quickly fixed that. They proceeded to work efficiently. My main point would be this. There are certain projects where you really can't afford to mess up. Where you really want to be sure you've done things right. For these, where applicable, I'd use the Geek Squad. It's pricy, but once again, there are certain projects where you really want to be sure you've done things right.

These guys were professional and awesome, thank you for having a good attitude and working with me on the install at the last minute. Hope yall enjoy those 3Ds, gents.

Great install. The team of 2 showed up on time and communicated ahead when they would be on-site. Flawless hanging and made sure we were satisfied.

The installing crew did a fantastic job installing my mount and TV. They took the time to show me how everything works and any options for addons in the future.
