Unboxed and mounted a 77" TV after home delivery. Quick and professionally done. Very courteous.

The mounting of both TVs was great but I paid for them to hide the wires and installer did not bring the package that I paid for so now I have wires hanging and I’ll have to do that myself even though I paid Best Buy to do it, I finally received a refund for that but Best Buy did a terrible job on the communication between the Customer Service department where I ordered everything and the Installer.

The squad did a perfect job. Time of arrival was as indicated

The agents were very nice. Unfortunately they did something which caused all 4 remote rooms connected to our sound system to be knocked offline. Attempts to call Geek Squad and have someone return to fix the problem were not handled properly. The team said their manager would call. He never did. A new team came but not from Magnolia as scheduled. They were thrown into it. They were about to give up when they found an article on the web saying if this one cable was pulled out that all remotes would not function. Suddenly we heard an electrical short type noise in the speakers as the technician pushed this cable back and we regained the connections. The installers had pulled the cable out but couldn’t find it. Thus took about 3 weeks and was really hard to schedule. Not good service at all.

Having the Geek Squad do all of the work was well worth it.

All Geek Squad reps were professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this service!
