    My previous 55" was mounted to the wall. They removed the 55" and mounted the 65". They also connected the 65" and explained how to work the remote.

    Teck Kevin was great. Unfortunately my 12/23 delivery/install didn't happen and the company didn't even notify me that they weren't coming. I had to call Best Buy who then had to transfer me to the local install company where I had to hold on for over 40 minutes only to find out that the tech was sick and not coming. Really??? Don't even notify me??? They did send a different tech on 12/24.
