Installation issues, unreliable, bad service

As I'm writing this, I have an appt to get this done in a few days, lets see if they show up this time. I had scheduled appointment 2 or 3 times for this matter and they sent me a verification email every time. Somehow my appointment wasn't getting assigned to a technician dept and my appt would get cancelled without my knowledge, not even an updated email for it. I had to ask for those days off of work to get the installation just for best buy to screw me over multiple times. I paid $1800 for a tv with free installation from them and they cant even get this simple situation solved. They easily take your money but take their sweet time with installation. Very unreliable and unprofessional!!!
