John was awesome! Super speedy and got it done in no time at all! Was even able to mount only having a plaster wall! They made it happen! Even set up the tv to my living room lighting conditions!

Jacob was outstanding. He arrived promptly on May 3rd and helped me tremendously with everything! He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, talented, expert, efficient, understanding and very clear in his ability to explain the complete set up. Jacob is an asset to Best Buy. Thank you very much!!!!

The agent had to wait for 3 hours for the delivery truck to bring the tv, of which he waited patiently for the truck. Once the tv did arrive he had to deal with it for another hour and half before we found out that at&t had disabled the cable box. Of which he skillfully connected it and was on his way. This young man is definitely an asset to your company.

Geek Squad was very professional and did an excellent job.

The installers were professional, courteous and fast. They asked the right questions and our installation was flawless. Great job and will recommend to everyone I know!

This is one of the two TVs that they mounted for me. They mounted both perfectly, they were also nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Overall, excellent service.

Geli did a terrific job doing the install. But, she had plugged in my Roku to the back of TV. Not sure if this was causing "gritty" or "grainy" picture after running about 5 hours. I re-lugged Roku into the power strip. Haven't noticed grainy picture so far but haven't had TV on the extended period of time.

The guys did a great job installing and setting up my TV. They were very professional, polite and cautious. They were on time and cleaned up . I’m very happy I had them do the installation.

I had BestBuy deliver and install my 85” QN90C Samsung television and couldn’t have been more happy with it. Arrived on time and very professional throughout. They even removed my old TV from the wall and disposed it and all of the packaging material and box.

The guys from Geek Squad were in and out of our house! They had fixed the mount from the previous install and made sure our tv looked amazing

The Rep that installed our tv on August 5, 2023 was great! He was very professional yet friendly! Was able to set everything up with ease! We were a little nervous because it wasn't a Geek Squad rep, but I would highly recommend him again to do an install! We wanted the tv installed sooner than the Geek Squad was available. I think his name was William. Thanks for a great job!!

The agents were very professional and did a great job mounting our new TV. They kept us updated about their arrival. We did schedule our set up through our local Best Buy store with local agents. Doing it online contracts an outside agent and they cancelled many times previously and our only contact was a person from a foreign country. It was horrible! Always go to your local store otherwise it is a nightmare! Do not go online!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism attitude and skills of the two gentlemen who installed our TV. They answered all our questions addressed our concerns handle everything with skill, cleanliness, and care. There’s a reason why we wouldn’t consider doing any work of this nature without the Geek Squad.

I don't think there are 2 more respectful and nicer guys in town. They did an amazingly quick job and even dialed in my picture for me! I highly recommend using the terre haute BB store for all installs!
