Excellent workmanship!

Geek Squad sent someone else instead...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was supposed to get a Geek Squad install team; even decided to wait an extra 3 days, but got a 3rd party installer instead. They mounted both brackets surrounding the electrical plug, so when something is plugged in, you can't move the TV all the way back any more. Finally, one of the TVs is not straight.

Mixed results

Though the Geek Squad were very nice and did a good job, they said they often get complaints that the customer didnt get what was expected or purchased. Now who is going to respond and correct the problem?
