I'm very glad we organized this service through Best Buy. They delivered the TV, carted off the box and waste, and had the TV mounted in minutes. Obviously they are experienced! The techs were extremely polite, showed us the basic TV functions and set up wifi for us. They even gave me a rec for a longer HDMI cord, so I didn't have to pick through the options. I was impressed. Very professional and knowledgable. When they left there was no sign they had been there except for our new TV on the wall.

The Geek Squad techs delivered the tv, completed the set-up within the existing system - including desired apps, synced up the remotes and patiently explained all the operational/navigational steps to my mother in-law - they were very courteous and efficient but not rushed. We were very pleased with the process and the two agents.

First time with a walk mount TV. The tech did a great job not only with the wall bracket and mounting the TV but we also didn’t want to see any wires on the wall below the TV. I purchased the connection box that the tech recessed into the wall in the open space in the center of the baracket. He then fished a connecting cable to another outlet box at the bottom of the wall with a cable running to the electrical outlet. Very professional job. Couldn’t be happier.

The gentlemen that mounted our TV did an excellent job asking about our preferences: where we envisioned the TV, where seating would be, and then looking at lighting to ensure the TV would be mounted in the best position and at the optimal viewing angle based on those discussions. They also helped us figure out what we needed for future connection to a surround sound system. Thank you!!

What service and the two gentlemen who were here taking charge could not have been more efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad mounted my new Fire TV in a truly quick and efficient manner. I was truly amazed at how fast they were able to mount my new 50 inch Fire TV in my Bedroom. They did it so quickly and professionally that I was nearly shocked at how quick. They were extremely polite and courteous as well. I would recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

The installer came in and hung both TV's perfectly. Was helpful and knowledgeable. Hooked up both TV's and made sure they accessed routers and internet.

The agents mounted my tv quickly and professionally. They waited until I logged into my Google account to make sure the apps on the TV worked properly. Very friendly!

THE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY WAS THE BEST. EVERYTHING WIENT SMOOTHLY. THE GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, AND KNOWLEDGABLE.

The Geek Squad did an incredible job. My installation crew was headed up by a gentleman named Gauge. Ask for him if you’re using the geek squad. Talk about professionalism he had me sit in my chair and adjusted the TV to my optimal viewing height. He then walked me through the remote control and features of the TV. My pet peeve with installers is the mess they leave behind. These guys had everything cleaned up and It looked like they were never there. Perfect job.

Called with updates on arrival. Easy, quick professional install. Knowledgeable, helpful with information on the TV, how to setup everything, couldn't have been any better.

Well, the 1st team were nice guys but they failed to properly secure the TV to the preexisting wall brace. It should have been easy! The TV fell forward and down about an inch a few hours after the 1st team left. Trying to get help over the phone or online was “the worst experience”!!! Best Buy must correct their terrible phone system and l wasted my time trying to work with the online tech located somewhere in another country! She was nice but it doesn’t work! I had to wait until the next morning to go into the store and talk to a manager. She was the right person to get the 2nd Geek team to the house for the correct installation and have the TV back up and properly installed. Luckily no one got hurt!

The Technician arrived on time. Mounted my T.V. Quickly. Connected it to all my devices and my universal remote. He made sure I understood how to work everything and even gave me suggestions on how to dispose of my old T.V. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I had Geek Squad hand 3 55” TVs. They were efficient and asked all the right questions to deliver exactly what I need. The TVs look great and the wall mounts function just the way I wanted.
