Please return the television mount!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the television I ordered is amazing, the delivery and installation experience has been quite frustrating. First, my delivery/installation window was 12/3 between 7 AM - 10 AM. I received a text on the morning of 12/3 to confirm. However, the delivery team did not arrive until around 5 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that the Best Buy essential mount would not work because my studs were too far apart. The team promised to return the Best Buy Essentials mount and I ordered the correct mount in the store. My television was installed the following day. However, it has been over a week and the installation team has not returned the Best Buy essentials mount so I can obtain my refund. Despite multiple calls, discussions with chat support, and pleas with the installation team (I have their direct number) this issue remains unresolved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I wish someone would just return the mount and refund my purchase. I honestly wish I would have just returned it myself, but I thought Best Buy's installation team would return it to Best Buy. I figured they had to return to the store to pick up new delivery items so I left it in their hands. Big mistake!
