Agents installed my tv with super precission and i was happy to get advice from them after my first wall mount could not fit.

The two Geek Squad Reps did an incredible job of installing our 75" TV in a quick and efficient manner. They were very courteous and helpful expainling things

The installation crew installed the wall mount bracket and the 75 inch tv professionally and setup the overall system. A very good experience.

The Geek squad team was on time, professional, and courteous. They were careful not to make any mess and, they also wipe down the TV to remove any finger prints after it was installed. This was a surprising and impressive improvement over BEST BUY’s appliance delivery and installations which are done so very poorly by Lone Star. I have nothing really good to say about them.

Excellent service. These guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I was happy. They cleaned up and left no mess.

The agents mounted tv and connected to all devices. Took living room tv to bedroom and mounted to wall. Explained what to do and said if there were any problems call them. Have not had anything go wrong. Agents were very professional and courteous. Would recommend geek squad to anyone.

The agent was great. I had the mount already on the wall, but was missing a key screw. Which he happened to have and he was able to complete the job. I am extremely grateful

The Technicians were amazingly professional. They listened attentively to my concerns both positive and negative. They addressed my concerns. They explained exactly what they were able to do and how that would look. They also ask me to let them know if I was not satisfied. They did not disappoint me. They did a great job.

Quick and excellent service! I'm so glad we hired Geek Squad to wall mount our TV as they were professional, quick, and accurate in what they did! I will hire them the next time I need anything like this done - it saved a fight between my husband and myself and a considerable amount of time and struggle for us to attempt to do it ourselves!

I had Geek Squad install 85 inch Samsung TV on wall, and full home theater set up with Deftec speakers including 4 Atmos. Kris and his partner came in and got things right. They were very friendly, extremely patient and knew exactly what they were doing. They were able to answer all the questions. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and it worked. They also make some excellent suggestions to get improved overall experience. They also cleaned up extremely well before leaving. This was very impressive. I highly recommend and trust Geek Squad for anyone requiring home video install

I wasn't able to make it home in time, but they arrived while my wife was here. She complemented their professionalism and they did a good job installing. Note: They installed our 85" TCL above a massive antique display stand - flawless execution. And they did it while relating to the family and being professional.

Great service from the guys who came out I would recommend this service to all Who have any back problems these guys hosted the TV up on the wall with no problem it's a little pricey but if you can afford it well worth it

I originally had some trepidation's with the Geek Squad installation having dealt with them about 15 years ago and had a bad experience. However, this experience was wonderful. Great communication, excellent workmanship and a good knowledge of the unit they were installing. The one small item was that they were limited in time. My understanding is that if the Geek Squad is not available, you will get a 3rd party and that could be problematic.

The install team did a great time mounting 2 TVs perfectly

Geek Squad sent 3 people to install 2 TVs. They were very professional and offered great recommendations for soundbars and lights that would go with the TVs.

TV and sound bar was installed perfectly and the technicians were friendly and professional.

The folks installed a new tv and moved and installed another, all with sound bars. The work was done in a satisfactory manner, but the attention to aesthetics was a little lacking. Also, make sure you are getting the "Geek Squad", I thought I was and it turned out these folks were sub-contractors. Make sure you have all the cables you need too! The installation would have not been as good as it is had I not had a spare (long!) HDMI cable. The vendor insisted on using a cable wall mounting kit. The kit works well, but the hole it needs is HUGE! I have had other installations with much smaller holes in the wall. Having said all this, the young man (they only sent one guy, when the job called for two) did a great job setting up all the remotes and making sure everything was working properly. Overall a C+, B- effort.

The guys came into my home and were really clean. They mounted the TV very fast and also were super knowledgeable. I had a TV mounted a couple years ago as well and was very happy with the results.

They came, mounted the tv, sold me a spare cable, and it looks great. There were a couple gotchas though. First, the cables. It's best to buy all the cables you need ahead of time. I needed 1 12 foot HDMI, it was $55. Since they were running it though the wall, I took the hit. Second, they said to run power through the wall, since I didn't have an outlet behind the tv, they needed to use a kit. It was an extra $85. Since I wasn't made aware of this, the sales guys at Best Buy covered the $85. Just be aware if you don't have an outlet up high, you'll need the kit. I'm happy with how the sales people handled it, and pleased with the install.
