He had his assistant or very helpful explain throughout the process and which they were doing, as well as giving me some pointers and passing on some knowledge for me to use once they left, it has been very useful and I am very appreciative of it.

He made sure all our devices were connected and working properly and even gave us a quick overview of the TV's smart system. Jose C had to replace the incorrect moount that was given to us by the sales person, who should have been more informed about which mount would work with the new set. Jose did a great job. Efficient, clean, informative, and set up the TV , which now works great.

They were thorough and made sure that the measurements of the TV mount, and, the TV itself were well centered on the wall, and that my eye was “perfectly centered “ for viewing the TV for watching programs. Both were polite and professional gentleman They cleaned everything up before they left, and, answered any questions I had. Wonderful guys ! Worked efficiently and knew what they were doing.

Our installers were excellent. They explained every step and outlined what our choices would do to enhance or restrict our enjoyment of the TV. They made sure we could actually use the remotes and understood what they could do. I couldn't give Marco and Ethan enough commendations they did a great job and were pleasant to have in the house.

They answered all my questions and showed a genuine respect for my house. No mess was left and it looks fabulous.
