    The agents were good, but were unable to bring everything that was ordered. I had to call many times to get a Geek agent to come out and finish the installation. Also, on regular channels the voice and the words were not in-sync. I had to have them come back out on that and they still could not fix it.

    Just confused because the box shows it supports amazon prime but the google App Store doesn't have prime?
