||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed they were supposed to call the day before they did not they were all supposed to call the correct phone number the date of after telling multiple people I Geek Squad of the new phone number to call I found out the scheduled time was 12 to 1 But they did not show up nor did they call till 2:45 and then they were there until after 430

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately, when it was initially installed over the fireplace it was not centered properly so they came back out and centered it and everything was good. Now I just determined that the DVD and VCR were not reconnected and they are coming back out again to hook them up. Hopefully that'll be it.
