Geek Squad came and mounted the TV quickly.

He tried hard but it was his first job

We were told a member of the Geek Squad was installing the tv, so I expected someone in a Geek Squad vehicle and clothing. He came in an old black panel van and did not have anything Best Buy on. He had to remount the tv twice because once it was too high on the wall and the next time it was mounted crooked, but he did stay until I was satisfied.

While certainly not ideal to have someone come out without assistance on their first day and need to remount the TV twice, I am glad to hear that he was able to stay until the TV was mounted perfectly.
