Perfect install and suggestions. Very knowledgeable and experienced.

I had BestBuy deliver and install my 85” QN90C Samsung television and couldn’t have been more happy with it. Arrived on time and very professional throughout. They even removed my old TV from the wall and disposed it and all of the packaging material and box.

They guys were amazing! They installed my TV and wireless system with no problems, They were very knowledgeable and friendly. If I need anything else done I hope that team is the one I get!

My installer, Kirk, arrived earlier than the time quoted. He and his assistant did an amazing job properly mounting my Bravia 8 to my living room wall using a Sanus mount I had previously purchased. He made sure all our devices were connected and working properly and even gave us a quick overview of the TV's smart system. Professional, friendly, and fast. They were very concerned about getting my TV mounted exactly where I wanted it and getting it done right. They answered all my questions and showed a genuine respect for my house. No mess was left and it looks fabulous. I will be scheduling another TV mounting and will be asking for the the young men that did this one.

The technician's name whom mounted our televisions is Jeff Hollandsworth. He did a phenomenal job. Not only did he mount the televisions perfectly but gave me a very informative block of instructions on making older gaming system compatible with them. He also sent some connectors he's saved to connect my Dreamcast. He is an awesome technician.

The agents mounted and installed my tv and sound bar. Im so happy with the service and knowledge. I think my tech was Collin. Great asset to Geek Squad.

They had to move an older mount UP higher for the new, larger TV. Because it was over a fireplace, studs ran every which way, which is why I decided to hire the Geek Squad to do the installation. I'm HAPPY I did, as the two installers were in and out (and properly masked up) in under an hour, including making sure the TV once installed on the mount worked properly. Great service all around and they even made sure to sanitize every surface they touched and took all the packing materials. Would definitely hire again for any job.

The guys re-mounted the TV lower, which was where we wanted it. All wires were run through the walls so it looks professionally installed.

This was my first time utilizing this service and it was worth every penny. The Agents were extremely professional and right on time. They did a fantastic job mounting and securing both of my televisions. In addition, they went out of their way to make sure my job was done that day even though one of the televisions had been damaged prior to the arrival at my home. They secured a replacement, put it on hold, went to pick it up, transported it back to my home, and had it installed that same afternoon. They made certain that everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied before they departed.

Geek squad installed the wall mount and connected my 55inch Samsung TV to it perfectly. Service was completed quickly and satisfied with the result.
