    If I could give more than a one star I would. I made a purchase for a TV in Mount and then purchased additional install services which has caused me over $1000. I have yet to have my purchase installed. I had an appointment for April 16. I was called and told that they overbooked and had to reschedule. I’m rescheduled for them to come April 30th. They don’t give you a specific time your window is 7 AM to 7 PM. I wait all day on April 30 and they never show when I call then they tell me that I was not assigned a technician to come to my house and I will have to reschedule again. The sad part about it is the installation fees are almost $500 half of what my price is and this is how they treat customers and I still don’t have my TV mounted or my TV and now I have to wait until May 13 a whole month past my time that I made my purchase
